Came here for the first time recently and got some freezos and pastries with my sister. The drinks were amazing - we got caramel and watermelon freezos on staff recommendation and they were really good. The croissants were tasty as well, Great service too!

This coffee company seems to pride itself with consistency; they furthermore strive for this by weighing the coffee grinds to ensure they "hit the mark" time and time again, ensuring each offering is as surprisingly delicious as the first. This is a comfort to 'creatures of habit'; There are many intriguing coffee options to choose from, to keep those 'non-creatures of habit' satisfied too. Support this local, PTA originated, company.
Overall coffee experience◇Fantastic; smooth yet strong/aromatic and well extracted flavour profiles. No bitter after taste from the Americano.
Beans◇A blend of Kenyan, Columbian and Guatemalan origins. Roasted 'in-house'.
Process◇Most options use ristretto shot/s, which is arguably less bitter, sweeter, bolder in flavour and more concentrated than espresso. Espresso is used, as it should be, for the cappuccinos, etc.
Staff◇Elvis and Tinashe were attentive to my every need. A hearty well done!
Price◇Extremely competitive.
Beans to buy◇1kg R320 and 250g R90, at the time.
To try next time◇Any of the first 5 menu items that have "micro foam" could be unique and interesting. Cannot speak about the pastries, as I did not try same; depending on the turnover/freshness, they could be a great addition.

I buy coffee every morning. So this Morning get to Plato looking forward to a nice Coffee so we have load shedding so no coffee they don't have a generator or do but not working 😕 last week got to Plato Boksburg the shop was close 🤔at 6 30 in the morning not nice they need to work on some stuff to make Plato great again

I consider myself a coffee connoisseur🙈, definately Plato's best customer🤣. Today i want to give a huge shout out to Plato Boksburg, *in my opinion*, (after being to so many other Plato branches) as "the best" Plato out there...they are definately set apart from any other Plato, from their friendly service to every other special promotions they run...there is no other branch that compares! I ❤ you Plato Boksburg and will drive all the way to stay a loyal customer although there is a Plato 50m from where i work (which doesn't compare)...PS: not hating on any spesific branch, just loving Plato Boksburg. Keep being awesome...
