The level of quality and service vary greatly from order to order. Sometimes it's some of the best pizza you're going to find in the area. Sometimes they didn't even bother to cut slices into the pizza and you just get a blob of cheese in the middle. Ask yourself if you're willing to gamble on $40 and an hour and a half before you order, because it sucks to get the short end of the stick when you're hungry. Thank you to the person who helped with my door dash issue on 2/2/2024. You made my night end well after a nice week of not feeling great and needing some great food! (Im so sorry for not remembering a name!) If you are looking for some good pizza and rolls, highly recommend this place as my go to! Its either a bullseye or a complete misfire here. Most times the pizza is amazing but a few times, including today the pizza was super undercooked. We ordered through doordash, so the manager kept saying that he's sure the pizza wasnt undercooked. I took pictures of super slippery, nasty cold dough but nobody ever answered if there was a number or something i could text the pictures to. Its obvious that the pizza was slid deep into the conveyor belt and didnt bake its full time. After attempting everything with the manager, his only response was to take it up with door dash and get a refund from them. I dont want a refund, i want good pizza tonight :( How is raw pizza door dashs fault? Added one star for a great pizza recently ;)

Been looking for a good pizza spot in Federal Way. Saw some recommendations for this one, decided to give it a try. Really good! Prices weren't super-cheap, but not overly expensive either. Crust was great, toppings were well proportioned, and you get a lot of pizza for your money. Not a big place, and no indoor dining, so basically it's just for delivery or take-out, but it was quite good and a solid value for the money. Will definitely be back.

I ordered a pizza and breadsticks online from their website and it said it would take 28 to 38 minute's. When I went up to pick my order after 50 minutes to make sure it will be ready, they said they never got my order and they disable online ordering for over an hour. I said I know my order went through and they were very confident it didn't and that my card will not be charged. That was not the case my card was charged and now I have to deal with the hassle from my bank to get it removed. No solution was provide they just wanted me to go away. I do like their pizza and breadsticks I hope they get better organized in the future but from past experiences its always been long waits with inaccurate quoted delivery/pickup times. I wouldn't use their online ordering for pickup on the website, call the store to place an order or they may never receive it. The food was fantastic!! Good service and very reasonable price. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is that I saw a guy who was making pizzas with his bare hands no gloves etc. and the worst thing he was wearing bracelets etc. on his wrist hanging out touching the pizza dough!!

While the pizza itself was delicious I won't be back beacuse when I showed up to pick up the first thing I saw was none of the workers were wearing any sort of head covering to prevent hair from falling in the food. I got lucky and there was none on my pizza but won't be taking that risk again until they start wearing hats or hair nets

We usually have no complaints. Im sure they were busy because our pizza came like this!!! Ill be calling tomorrow to get a refund. Super hot day where no one wants to cook. I get it… but dont rush. Cause an accident because you beed to be off at closing!
