Normally I love their pizzas. I always tell everyone that that is the place to go. But after working over 8 hours on a saturday all I wanted was pizza and to relax. I was told the pizza would be ready between 30 to 40min. We have been waiting for over an hour for it to be delivered and it still isn't here. Talking to staff and management didn't help the situation. I called after 50min and they said it would be by us in afew min and nothing. Highly disappointed.....will be going somewhere else from now on
The worst service I have ever received. Their customer service is horrible from the management/boss to the employees. I called in at 18:40pm to place an order and was just put to wait on the line with no explanation twice over, 3rd and 4th call the line was dropped while I was on the line giving my order. We have recently moved to the area and didn't know their operating hours so we decided to drive to there because we were not being assisted over the phone. Upon our arrival I realised they were already closing, I guess the reason for them hanging up the phone on us, I knocked on the window just to explain how I was ill treated on the phone only to be treated even worse by the boss. He didn't bother to listen to my side of the story and told me off as though i was there to beg from him or something. My family and I have never felt so ill treated before!!
Food is generally good, manager George has a pathetic approach to unhappy customers. He is just outright rude and has no people skills. Unfortunately the drivers always get the blame, but the main problem starts by the people taking the orders. I honestly will not buy pizza there again...

I bought us Pizza there on Thursday 02/12/2021. Firstly, I have been buying from them for about 15 years, and food was always good.
But on Thursday, I bought us 2 Pizzas, that i do not even know how to describe. The base was soooo thin, the cheese melted through it, the toppings was so minimal, as example the Miami, which has bacon, feta and avo, there was 4 slices of bacon, about 6 pieces of feta and (I promise) 2 slices of avo. The Pizza base was only filled half, so you had half just crust.
I really couldn't believe it, but my daughter then pointed out that it is month end and it's very busy. But you can be how busy, .... that standard of pizza is really not acceptable. But who do you take the complaint to and what will actually be done. Hopefully someone else won't have to eat what I had to.
Please Pizza Perfect...... bring back your Perfection!!!
We hardly go there due to finances. If you have to buy for 4 grown ups it costs a lot. When my kids were still small it was ok. The pizza is too small to feed my family so we will go to other places with specials of 2 Large pizzas
