We stopped here late in the evening on our way to Wyoming. The staff working Sunday night was so friendly and helpful. We just did a carry out, but the few moments that we were there, We were pleased with the service. The employee with the braids was super polite. The pizzas were hot and made correctly. I'd recommend them.

We arrived at 8pm and upon entering, a girl told us that we could have a seat anywhere we like. We picked a booth and the same girl took our order. When we order pizza, wings, and salads. She wrote down our order then said, the salad bar is closed. We then asked, “The menu offers a side salad, can you make us one”. She said, “ No, everything is put away.” This location stays open until 10pm, so why we could not get a side salad is beyond me. We were somewhat disheartened by her lack of enthusiasm. She actually had someone come pick her up as she evidentially went home. What happened next changed everything for the better. A young lady named Shelby came to our table and introduced herself as she brought our pizza and wings to the table. She made sure that we had everything that we needed. Our pizza was cooked perfectly and the garlic Parmesan wings were delicious. As we were dining, she waited on two other tables and was constantly busy handling to go orders and cleaning the restaurant. All with a smile and energetic step. When we were ready to check out, we learned the Shelby is just 16 years old. Wow!!! Very Impressive!!! Her work ethic and personality are indeed going to reward her with success. Shelby turned our bad first impression into a glowing impression. Also, I would like to note that from our booth, we could see the workers in the kitchen, busy as well. They cooked our pizza and wings just the way we like them. Final note, the ladies room was very clean. Very disappointing made my order and when it arrived all the cheese had moved to one side and it was supposed to be a pepperoni lovers and there wasn’t nearly enough pepperoni for that title. The price was good and that was about it. I won’t return to this location. All other locations that I’ve been to if that had happened I would have received A refund or a new pizza or even a discount but nothing being told that’s the way it comes out. Very disappointed

We spent the night in Hardin while on a road trip. We decided to go get a pizza from Pizza Hut next to the hotel. What a mistake that was. We kept waiting for our pizza while everyone else was being served even though they came in after us. After 45 minutes, I asked about our pizza and the girl didn't know anything about it. I showed her the recipe and she discovered that it had been done a long time ago and was just sitting there. So we took it back to the hotel to discover the worst, coldest pizza we e er had. It was pathetic! We've always got good pizza at pizza hut in the past but this place was awful. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. But I'm not bitter.

I've tried Pizza Huts over the past 10 years in different places. Mostly not good. Usually 2-3 out of 5 for food. We stopped here at the Hardin MT Puzza Hut for lunch. Ordered a large pepperoni lovers pizza. I was impressed. The taste reminded me of their pizzas from the 1980s. It's what Pizza Hut pizza should taste like. Very good. Service was bad though. Rarely saw the server. No smiles.

Bad service. Waitress attended two other parties before me even though I was seated before them. After waiting 15 min had to get up and ask for plate for some salad. 10 minutes after that waitress ask what I want but she had not given me a menu. Ordered finally and got pizza pretty quick. But pizza was under cooked the center was still doughy. Waited for waitress to come back to tell her about the pizza but she never came back to check on me. Had to go find my bill, told the waitress about the doughy pizza. She didn’t care, was waste of pizza I was gonna take home. Thinking the waitress may have been mentally challenged that day. She was slower than a box of rocks. Worst experience I’ve had at a Pizza Hut!

Busy when i visited but was helped relatively quickly for take out order. Clean inside decently clean outside, clean restroom and attentive staff. Salad bar closed but everything else seemed to be in order.

This is literally the best Pizza Hut that exists in North America. The staff are the most genuine and kind people you could meet. This is also one of the most reliable and tasty restaurants in Hardin. I never thought a Pizza Hut could be special until I found this one! Thank you.
