Yo, do not order pizza hut. Ordered 2 pizzas basically the same one with extra topping well was charged and did not get what paid for. When u call you will not speak with anyone at the store In fact it will be a call center that's taking calls. And no when screwed up they will not refund what they will say is you go to the store after you paid them delivery and for extra of a topping totals coming just over 66 for 2 pizzas and a drink. It's not worth the headache. Never order from them again. All you had to do was refund the extra Topps you did not put on that I paid for. Sorry I expected you not to F up my order for your over priced garbage. If I had gone back to the store I would have caused a scene so good thing I did not. There is far more to this story on why I would have gone off on some one at the store but not going to get into that. Don't believe me call "the store" and have them go off script by saying you are not ordering you have an issue. Try it you will see. Driving back home from our trip, we came across this Pizza Hut food and service was great. Have not dine in a Pizza Hut since before COVID. Have to say I was highly satisfied👍🏼

I was incredibly satisfied with my experience at Pizza Hut, primarily because of the Pizza Melt. It's hands down one of the most delicious things I've ever tasted, and every bite was pure bliss. I can't thank you enough for such a fantastic culinary delight. Additionally, the brownie was out of this world, perfectly soft and chewy all the way through. It left me in awe!

Our waitress Ms. Elizabeth wasn’t exactly friendly! She was actually quite rude when tell us our food will be coming out she didn’t even look us in the face and speak to us like PEOPLE, she proceeds to just walk by and mumble it. On top of that she doesnt even bring us napkins or plates for our pizza! Normally I would think “hey it’s a mistake people forget” but she also gave the people who came in after us plates. We ordered large cheese pizzas and large veggie lovers and both very completely uncooked and I could taste the dough from the crust. Waiter and employees were very friendly. Chairs and table were not cleaned well and were sticky, otherwise cleanliness is acceptable.

Everything was great! We live in Shelby but always go to the one in Forest City. The food and customer service is just better at this location.

We had a really bad experience at this Pizza Hut while on vacation in Pigeon Forge! It started off by not letting us upgrade our pizzas online to stuffed crust while placing the order. Then it went downhill after that. Upon getting to the restaurant I had to wait about an extra 10 minutes for the pizzas to be ready, which wasn't a big deal about that. What did upset while I was there was that we ordered 2 to go sweet tea and the man said he was out! I mean, they could have made some more in the ten minutes I had to wait on our pizzas. When we get the pizzas back to our hotel, they had left out the dipping sauce for our pizza and cheese knots and the crust on our pizzas were not flavored like they were supposed to be(See Below), and one of the pizzas had the wrong kind of sauce on it! I tried calling the restaurant back several times, but it kept going to the fax machine. Also, I'm not going to go into details, but we also had upset stomachs the rest of the night! We have ate at this Pizza Hut before and have had great experience and service here, but we had a horrible one this time!
