I placed my order at this location yesterday night at 6:40pm. Got to the restaurant to pay/pickup my order and I didn’t leave until 7:43pm. That was before witnessing a worker not wash their hands before handling customers food cooked and uncooked. Once I decided to approach the employee about what I witness I was told that they did wash their hands and that per policy they did not have to wear gloves with cooking and preparing orders. I was highly disappointed with my experience from this location. Hopefully next time things will be better. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

A while back I tried to order pizza but was told they were out of dough. Last time I ordered online, I arrived to find that almost the entire staff had quit that day, and had to wait 20 minutes while the one remaining cook made my pizzas, and an ex-employee ran the register. Now when I try to call and find out if they have dough, workers, and are making pizza so I don't waste my time, they won't answer the phone. Won't waste another minute or another dollar here. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
This was my first time ordering pizza hut online and the first time in quite a while that I've eaten it at all. It was a pretty easy process to check out as a guest. I did a big box special and ordered carry-out. It said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrived after about 20 minutes. I walked in and apparently a customer didn't get the wings he ordered. The customer waited quietly and patiently to the side as I stood at the counter waiting. An employee, probably the manager, made his disappointment in the other employees very clear and I thought he wasn't talking to them with very much respect, even if they did make a mistake. After a few minutes of standing inside, I was finally greeted. The food was hot and ready. I think a 3 star review would be too harsh, as I don't know the full story of the situation, but simply greeting people as they walk in would go a long way to improving customer service: "Welcome, we will be right with you".

Over the past couple of months, every time we have ordered here, we have had a problem with our order. We have experienced missing items, wrong items, overcooked food, cold food, etc. I will give the store some credit as they have "made it right" each time. However, it has been at an added expense to me. We order online and have it delivered. Upon noticing a problem, we call the store and have had to drive to the store to pick up the correction because they cannot re-deliver in a timely manner. This most recent time, they said they would deliver our missing dessert cookie. 1 hour later, they called back and asked if we could come to the store. We initially told them we could not, and their reply was that they would try to get door dash to deliver it, but it could be another hour. That would have been a total of a 2 hour wait. I ended up driving to the store (we did not tell them we were coming) and I still had to wait for them to make the cookie. Who knows how long or even if we would have ever received that cookie. Although they have addressed each problem, I do not recommend this location because of the continuous problems. We will choose other pizza places from now on.

I picked up carry out.. The pizza was under cooked.. dough was not cooked thru. The med wings were over cooked and barely warm. I had to wait 10-15 mins , according to the employee...they only had 5 wings in the container and they had to cook one more wing. Very disappointed in pizza hut. That is my last order ever from pizza hut
So tonight I placed an order online for dinner and got to the store to have to wait and additional hour and 15 minutes for the food. While waiting I noticed one of the workers came in from outside to go drop wings in the fryers without washing hands or putting on glove's. We asked her why didn’t she put on gloves and she said they didn’t have to. I will not be ordering from you guys again! Every time we place an order, we get there to pick it up and they say sorry we are closed we didn’t make your pizza and it’s 6PM!! And we even called to order the freakin pizza!

Staff is kind and helpful. I often places large orders for a dealership and it is always ready on time. In my personal opinion, the employees most likely deserve a raise. :)
They did not cook in the green peppers whatsoever. All they did was put fresh green peppers on top of the pizza. My Wife was extremely upset 😡

Ordered a pizza online for delivery, got confirmation and almost an hour passed and my pizza had not arrived. i called to ask what happened, they told me my address was out of their delivery range. They said that they could change it to pick it up, but it was 11:30 and they closed at 12, and I asked if I could go , because I live in Dallas and the lady told me that I could go, and I went right away, and when I arrived it was closed but a lady was leaving, she was the last person leaving , and the door was already locked, she got into a car that was in front of the door, I saw that she was putting a pizza in the back seat, I rolled down the window and asked her if she worked there and she told me no, very rudely but she was wearing a Pizza Hut t-shirt, she knew I was picking up my pizza from Dallas, and that it was not our fault but their fault for not notifying me that my address was not in their delivery range, I just searched for a pizza hut and ordered from the location that came up online. What the hell was I going to know that this pizzeria was not delivering in my area, I didn't even know where it was, and they didn't report anything... that horrible woman, she is rude and not very human because she knew it was not my mistake, And if someone orders a pizza, it's because they're hungry, but why don't they call to let us know? for some reason they ask for the phone number...horrible service
