Hi! I recently put in an order last night using my points I had accumulated over time to get a free two topping pizza along with a cinnamon mini. Sadly I had to cancel because my bf ended up getting pizza that day but BEFORE I canceled I wanted to ask if my points would be refunded! They don't by the way guys! Make sure to be sure you'll be getting the order or the points are wasted! If I knew they didn't I would not have cancelled and saved it for tomorrow. Money is tight for some of us! The person that picked up the phone started the call with the normal pizza hut call opening and started to take my order. I let them know that the call was to cancel an order under my name. IMMEDIATELY after they hung up, never giving me confirmation to my request OR a chance to ask any questions! I love pizza hut and never had a problem with a location but the one in 345 Silverado ranch Blvd has at least one rude employee. This is the second time I've had an issue at this location. One more thing I would like to add is I did call back just to make sure that the order was cancelled and to try again to ask about the points concerns I had. Someone else seemed to pick up this time with a very friendly attitude! I asked again about the order and she let me know that it's been cancelled and let me know that if I paid with a card that it would be refunded within a few days. This is more the standard someone would expect when speaking with a customer, I don't believe my request was too much or spoken in a rude way! I'm very sad overall.

Pizza wasn't fully cooked and spent almost $37 on the box when I called they didn't care and said they can't check every pizza and for me to reheat it. The crust wasn't cooked and not all of the cheese was melted and the dough under the cheese was raw. What a waste of money and customer service. Never again

When I say this is the worst pizza I have ever had...it is THE WORST pizza I've ever had. Not only did I pay extra for cheese, it was supposed to be square cut and extra sauce. I got the triple threat box and was so disappointed. The bread sticks were rocks so never even got to attempt at losing a tooth eating that. I mean of the whole two pizzas, only like a couple of slices were really salvageable. Also, how is this such a huge difference in slices. Not to mention it made it impossible for the party because they were not square cut. Just so disappointed because we were looking forward to this so much!

pizza came stale, cold and horrible. I called to complain and even their manager was stale cold and horrible. her name was “Jay”. I recommend everyone stay away from this branch or establishment. Their quality and customer service is atrocious. Jay said she made my pizza which makes complete sense because this pizza was the worst thing i’ve ever had. please fire her. and put someone on the customer service side who actually listens instead of deflects legitimate complaints. Look at these pizzas. they look worse then the pre made pizzas at smiths or kroger.

So last night I was at my cousins house and they ordered pizza I was unaware of where they ordered from because the pizza was on a platter in the middle of the table The pizza was horrible It tasted like nothing The crust tasted like cardboard I see that since my last review 2 years ago they have gotten even worse Pizza hut is going downhill fast We were talking about how it was years ago when I was in high school and we would go to Pizza hut for lunch and order the personal pan pizza It was always hot and delicious ! That's when they used to care Now no one cares anymore and that includes corporate BTW I'm still waiting for corporate to get back to me from 2 years ago 😄 Like that's ever going to happen This is part of the reason why I don't order from Pizza hut anymore because like I said before they don't care I used to be a really good customer I used to spend a lot of money but when I had the worst experience ever they ignored me Since then I have given my business to someone who appreciates me as a valued customer and of the 2 years that I have been ordering from them not one single problem My pizza is always hot , delicious , fresh and the order is correct every time

Hello everyone, it happened last week on a Wednesday. I decided to order pizza and wings. The order was on the way. Pizza Hut goes through Doordash. I found out when I was on the Pizza Hut app. I had experience with Doordash, and they're not the best, especially in the Pizza Hut app, which doesn't have the option to place directions. The app shows that it was delivered but it was not. The Ring on our townhome always tells us someone is at the door. I see no food. It was supposedly delivered at 509pm. I tried calling and calling and calling for my order and no one responded. I went to the store and was told that it was given a few minutes ago which was a lie since I got to the store at 524pm. I told them I'll go back if it's not there, I'm calling. I called and told them it was not there when I arrived after the store. They hung up on me while they went to get a boss. I called again and they "refunded" my money but then they took it away again. I had to report it to my bank for the food that never arrived. Honestly, not worth the money or hassle. I ended up buying Grimaldis the next day through Grubhub and they treated my order with care. Even the delivery driver let me know that she was waiting for the food. Great service but Pizza Hut...the worst. Never ordering from Pizza Hut again. I uninstalled the app.

What happened to Pizza Hut?? It used to be my family's favorite pizza now Pizza Hut tastes like Dominoes. I have not ordered Pizza Hut in years! Very disappointed! We ordered a supreme but the pizza tasted like a tomato sauce pizza with very few toppings but extra tomato sauce! The pizza was really GROSS! I had really bad heartburn afterwards and we ended up throwing the pizza away! If we would have read the reviews first we wouldn't have ordered from Pizza Hut! Next time, we will order from Pappa Johns!
