I told my pizza was not ready and waited while other white customers received their ordered. When I inquired about my order again it was pulled out of the warmer oven. My pizza appeared stale, warm not hot. At no time did they put any pizza in the warmer while I waited. Neither Zoe and manager Mike had an answer as to why I was told to wait why my pizza was dying in the warmer oven. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I order chicken Parmesan garlic pizza melt and it didn't have parmesan garlic sauce on top and they forgot the ranch that went with it I know we are in a hurry to get the food out but please slow down a bit and make sure that the order is correct cause we can't send it back if it's delivered thumbs down for the first time on this location 😒😒😒😒😒 very disappointed. Employee @ Benbrook, TX location added 3$ tip to receipt after the fact and I was charged. Manager did not care. Filed police report and spoke to corporate. Corporate agreed to refund the money, essentially agreeing about the thief. Avoid, absolute trash staff and food. Ordered pizza last month…they got it wrong so they gave us a coupon for one free. Tried to redeem it today over the phone with a coupon code. The person on the other end was asking all sorts of questions about how long ago, was it this store. Anything to try to reject it. Then she couldn’t get the phone number right after repeated attempts. Then the code…she interrupted several times cause the brain couldn’t keep up. Slow and easy. Still couldn’t get it. Time to hang up and go somewhere else. The person on the phone became defensive and asked us why we were being rude to her and said the code we had was not right. We could not get her to honor a free pizza we were entitled to as they messed up our last order. Very disappointed with the service and unfortunately we were still not able to redeem the free coupon to correct the messed up last order we received from this location. Here’s the sad part… We asked for the manager and she said we were talking to the manager.

The wife ordered 3 pizzas online. Received 2, used discount code not applied. Total screw job on price for 2 pizzas $52 bucks. Not the first time with this at this place.

I was just delivered possibly the finest pizza I have ever had from this Benbrook, TX location. It was a supreme hand tossed. It was made evenly spreading the toppings. However the greatest thing it was cooked to perfection. Not to brown or overcooked. Not under cooked. Just perfect!
