They didn't have prices on the menu. We had to use a scan. It showed a special that day. My husband ordered it. Girl came from the kitchen and said he couldn't have it because they didn't remove it from the scanned menu. Really? Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

We have lunch here often on Sundays after church. Though they are short staffed, they did a wonderful job at keeping up with all the tables. It was busier than a regular Sunday, too. A little patience from the customers goes a long way for everyone to have a great experience. The food was hot and delicious and the service was great. Ordered the fold overs for $6.99. Actually two different sizes of pizza slices. Nothing like tv advertising. Made ahead and kept on a warmer. Lukewarm at best. Salty something on top that had to be removed. Cheese not completely melted. If that is their idea of the "latest and greatest" I will not return for anything else. Extremely disappointed

Today at 5:30 pm, I took my family into the BG Pizza hut. They had 2 tables and another table of employees goofing off. One young guy who acted like manager and waiter told us it would be 5-10 minutes, he ask one of employees sitting at table to help and he refused saying I’m on break. Another couple came in and waited too. Then manager says “we’re slammed” rude like and walked into back. We decided to take our business elsewhere. They were very disorganized and had no leadership. You were one of top 5 choices, and we love the cheese bread. Very poor service.
