Do NOT waste your money or time! Pizza arrived cold and late. Spent $60.00 on pizza for the family and cold 2 day old papa John’s is way better than this. The manager I spoke with offered a $10 credit and had an attitude from the start. I declined his “credit” because I won’t ever eat Pizza Hut from this area again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I used to only order Pizza Hut but since they changed to delivery by DoorDash the service has completely sucked. I order at 630pm. My delivery said around 735pm. I got my pizza, wings and dessert at 8:50pm. Absolutely ridiculous. It was cold when we finally received it. Pizza look awful. I’ll never order again. 8pm order on a Friday night. I ordered 2 pizza cheese breadsticks and wings. The order arrived promptly, hot and the delivery driver was very nice. I order from this location often and get good service. I’ve only had 2 issues in the past but they are always nice and try to fix or offer something the next order. Seems they don't care about there service or product. Cheese is pushed to center due to bubbles in the dough when cooked. Some one should be looking out for this so that the ingredients on the pizza are even over the entire pie not the center. What a shame, time to find another place.

The bacon was super squishy and tasted not cooked. The chicken was rubbery. The temperature of the melt was hot but the ingredients made it not very good. Ordered a large pizza special and asked for it to be well done. It took over an hour to get it delivered. When my pizza arrived it was undercooked, smashed, and luke warm. I asked the driver what happened to my pizza and he said "i don't know another pizza was on top of it". I asked him to call his manager and he told me that he couldn't call because his phone went dead. I tried calling the store and the recording said the call wouldn't go through. Now its after midnight and the store is closed. I worked late and didn't eat so pizza seemed to be the easiest thing. So $25 later and I am still hungry and I didn't even get an apology from the driver. So disappointed and will NEVER order pizza here again.

This is the second time the pizza was dried up and over cooked!! Their service has gone wayyyy down! My dog didn’t even want that pizza!! The wings were horrible as well. This is my last time ordering from them!!! $31.00 for some bulls*** and then have the nerve to ask for a tip…smdh DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! JUST HORRIBLE!!! This location is good only when the male manager is working. He gives the appropriate amount of toppings per paid order. Below is an order that had been placed with extra cheese. The fresh looking whiter cheese was added on as a courtesy per the female manager on duty. She said Pizza hut has changed the measurements for the amount of extra cheese. She was reluctant to give the handful of cheese when she was shown the pizza did not meet the requirements per the order. Eating out is becoming a known loss, only do it for convenience, not quality. Pizza hut has really lowered standards when this managers on duty. Great service and pizza when the guy manager is there.

I tried calling the number to order but then realized it was outsourced to a Filipino call center. Then, used the app and clicked car carryout option. I clicked the "I'm here" button and waited several minutes. So, decided to just walk inside. I walk inside to hear the manager discussing something that could clearly wait when a customer walks in. I wait patiently but finally say something and he puts his finger up to wait. Clearly not well trained in customer service. And lastly, he tells me this location doesn't offer curbside delivery. Not sure why it's even an option. So much to fix at this location. Just be forewarned.
