Avoid this location. Ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. Tipped driver extra in advance. Order arrived with wings half cooked and a big hole in 1/4 of the pizza - crust missing and some toppings to fill in the space. Called the location, first they hung up on me and finally got through for a refund. No apology, just "charge will be reversed by Wednesday." Big hole in their customer service, too!

We ordered a Supreme pizza and the topping were pepperoni, mushrooms, and very little sausage and like 2 green peppers. Not satisfied with the way tje pizza was made. But the service was great. If I could I would not even give them 1 star. I ordered online and paid online. I went to pick up my order. The employee couldn't find my order, he was looking for it in the delivery screen. He apologized and looked in the carryout screen He found me. Me and my 2nd grader sat down. 2 minutes into waiting the TV screen displayed our order ready. No one came out with our order. 15 mins later an employee clocked in and she looked at us and asked for my phone number. She went in and brought my order out. It was warm and not hot. So now we go home with a cold pizza and appetizers. Please take a look at the attached pictures to see the horrible looking pizza. Burnt toppings and it does not look like their ads. Wow Pizza hut has lost it's flavor. I will no longer be ordering from here.

Staff has no customer service whatsoever. Very rude and standoffish. I would recommend ordering from another location or pizza place. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had put in an online order and received confirmations per the app and my email. My card had been charged and I had confirmed it was for the correct location. When I came to pick it up, the manager told me they got nothing and when I asked for help on what my options were, he was completely incompetent and did not care to help me at all. I asked him questions on what I could do and he just seemed like he was so ready to get me out of the store immediately. Just wanted some pizza, man. Gonna take my business elsewhere.

As a fast food general manager I’d have to say this is by farrrrrrr the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced no wonder you only have so few staff “no one wants to work” yeah right no one wants to work with or for you please go anywhere else

BEWARE if you have a Wasatch Savings book. As soon as I told the young guy at the register that I wanted to use a deal from there, he sighed, put his head in his hands and said "oh no, not this again." He then told me he couldn't do it because I had ordered online instead of calling in and made a big deal about it. I prompted further and he said he could cancel the first order and re-do it (all of which took him about 45 seconds and did not warrant the complaining I had already received.) To top it off, he then said that their system couldnt do the coupon and he couldn't do anything about it - even though the sign right behind the resister explained that this location does accept this offer and how to do it. After more prompting on my end, he finally offered another discount that made my order slightly more expensive than it would have been, but still better than full price. Not impressed with the customer service I received on 8/24 at 10:20 pm. I appreciate the guy giving me some kind of discount, but he wasn't proactive about helping when he knew what to do in the first place and I had to be the one to push for it.

I am amazed at how well they made their pizzas come out when I ordered today , seems they have been thru a bit in the past with having to redo the entrance but now looks like they are running very well. I am impressed thank you!
