Where's my refund?. Bought a pizza and drink to deliver, the orange juice didn't show up instead fanta (they could have called me to advise not available, what else would you like). I don't like Fanta, can't drink it, and didn't take it. Phoned the store to ask about a refund and was told the manager won't do that. Actually its the law, Consumer Guarantees Act - if you can't provide a product or service, customer is entitled to a refund...so where's my refund.... Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great pizza, delivered on time however I bought a 1.5L coke and the delivery driver forgot the drink. I was looking forward to having a drink with my meal but I had to drink water which ruins the meal. However at least the driver apologised for the mistake so I'll give him that. Bear Wandering (Bear)

The place is hot and is clearly designed for takeaway with only a high counter and high stools if you'd like to eat there But the pizzas are good and the staff are friendly. So I cannot ask for more. Service Take out Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

Went into the store to order food there, had to tell him 3 times about the toppings to add on and also chicken tenders, forgot the toppings when he handed our order the pizza had non of the things we asked for so he had to put them on after we got our order and we got chicken wings instead of the tenders, food was OK but not great tasted old. Driving has no idea how to read street numbers. Had to ring him 3 times. He's telling me he's in my driveway. I'm out on the street.aint in my driveway. Food nearly cold. I'm yelling out to him on street he's down the road wrong side. Wrong house. Swiping my card the wrong way. Whilst I'm freezing my butt off. Meant to be delivered to my door. Ordered from PH and via Uber Eats. All 3 pizzas turned up squashed into the back of the box, with one being tipped completely upside down also leaving most of the toppings over the lid. Delivered through uber. Service was average (late) and the food was pretty bad, esp. The vegan pizza. Garlic bread wrapped badly, chips soggy etc. I'll stick to dominoes i think. Food: 2 Service: 3
