Ordered online in advance, and our pizza was 20 minutes late. This made me very sad, especially because I had a tub of ice cream in the car which got softer by the minute and a bottle of cleanskin, which got warmer every second. The pizza was also cut by someone who, perhaps, had never cut pizza before? 6 tiny slices and 2 giants. It wasn't just a one-off either because we ordered 3 pizzas, and they were all cut the same way. Dissapointed. Pizzas are usually great. They are liberal with the sauce. Wait times can be rough. Cramped store. Half filled sides. No salt on chips. And the dude chopping the pizzas is a lunatic Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

On two occasions now they have forgotten a pizza from our order... Also, the shop is far too small, if there are other people at the counter ordering you have to wait outside the door cause there is just no space. Nowhere to sit and wait for your order. Also would recommend they buy some sort of mat for the floor as the floor is super slippery and I almost ended up on my bum if it hadn't been for my husband standing behind me. Absolutely trash wrong base on pizza I asked for san francisco base and paid for it and it was a normal base, also asked for swirl and it wasn't on there.

Pre ordered via the app, arrived 20 mins later at the estimated time, and it was another 30 mins before the pizza was ready.. wife had time to order fish and chips from next door and eat the whole lot before the kids pizzas arrived, and it was the same the previous time I went, service is just really slow here, would be better off ordering in New Plymouth and driving there to collect. I would add that the staff were fine, it just doesn't seem to be set up for the number of orders they get. Won't be going again, will head into NP next time.. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today I went in to Pizza Hut and ordered over the counter around about 5ish, my order had 4 pizzas and 2 garlic bread. I was told my order would be 20 minutes. So once 20 minutes was up I walked over to grab my order, unfortunately the place was super packed and so busy for the staff that night, that many things went wrong. I waited outside for half an hour just to make it into the building to ask of my order was ready. Once inside It was disappointing to here my order docket was never Placed, I was practically waiting for an order that was never there. Then what made it even more worse is I requested a refund and this took 20 minutes it’s self. Overall I waited ages there. I get they were under pressure with the amount of orders but for next time maybe consider not telling All customers their order will be done in 20 or so, or explain you have a delay not let customers wait for nothing you know. It was like you wanted the customers and the money and understandable you don’t want the customers to turn away, but tonight I bet you guys lost lots, due to lack of communication. Try better next time. Due to this I don’t think I will be back there anytime soon.

At Bellblock Pizza Hut. Went To Order The Limo As Advertised And There Not Making Them. Bummed Out.

On entering Pizza hutt Bell block, there was no staff to be seen for about 2 minutes. There was a young woman waiting to be served before me. About 4 or 5 young chaps appeard out from the right side of the wall. None of them washed their hands before serving/ working, one of them wore a black cap but all of his hair was dangling over in front of him while he cut up our pizza's! Yuk! I made a decision there and then that I would not entre that pizza shop again.
