We had this two days in a row. Delicious Delicious Delicious. The customer service was wonderful as well. We also tried the cauliflower crust pizza. I’m sorry I didn’t get a picture of that one. This is the deep dish pizza with cheese, onions, red/green bell peppers, mushrooms, spinach and pepperoni 🍕 #Grand Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Sauce

I really just love the idea of this place, but the pizza still turns out really bad. I guess it's the sauce of the dough cheese. Maybe it's fake. I'm not sure, but I made a pizza, and it was not that great at all. God, I miss Bella Roma pizza. In Martinez, but it's been gone for a long time, but it was the only really good pizza place. Melos Pizza is okay, but they put too much cheese on their pizza. anyways I like the idea, but apparently, they did something wrong because the food just doesn't turn out that great. The atmosphere is not fun. And the people who waited on me were typical kids these days. You have no clue how to perform customer service at all. Get annoyed if you ask him a question stuff like that just stupid how this younger generation no matter where it is can seem to get it together enough to make you glad you engaged them in any kind of conversation or questions. Which, of course, someone's going to have in a place like this, obviously, and they still seem to be annoyed by it. Good luck. I don't think this place will last Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

terribly understaffed. went in 3 weeks ago, 1 employee, line out the door. we left. went yesterday, no line, but still only 1 employee. pizza so babdly burned i only ate part of it. The poor girl offered to make another but my friends were almost done eating and it took 20 minutes the first time so... clearly poor management. we finished around 12:30pm and all the stools were still upside down on the tables from the previous night. Gonna take this out of our lunch time rotation for awhile Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have tried this Pieology two times, absolutely the worst Pieology ever. Terribly managed, I even tried calling corporate a week ago and still no response. Waited over 30 minutes in line, and I was only the 4th person from counter. When I got the the counter, they ran out of olives, and green peppers. The "Hand Tossed" pizza was a weird small oval shape. While in line I also ordered a dessert pizza since, which they finally started on after I asked them why they havent started my dessert pizza THREE TIMES. After my halfway cooked football shaped pizza with no olives or peppers came out I had to wait another 15 minutes for my dessert pizza. Needless to say it took a total of an hour to finally walk out the door with one warm halfway cooked pizza and a nutella dessert pizza. This was my fault for going back after my initial time about a month ago. I ordered a dessert pizza that time also and when I got home to San Rafael, from Walnut Creek, I noticed they put cheese on my dessert pizza, that is not suppose to have CHEESE. In the garbage it went. Suggestions: - invest in a pizza dough press - stop wasting time with stuffed crust pizzas, you don't have enough staff. - put a note on the door "Out of several ingredients" - Update your Menu board TV's to not give so many options that people can't read anyway. Stop confusing people with 1 topping 2 topping prices on one side and the standard pizza price on the other board. ●Classic Pizza up to 2 toppings $... ●Pizza My Way (whatever I want) $.... - STREAMLINE your work flow - get rid of that stainless hood that has people struggling to figure out what toppings you have left to put on the pizza....RIDICULOUS!! Waste of time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Just beware with going to this location. Ordered a stuffed crust pizza and was given a thin crust pizza with nothing inside the crust and the young lady working the counter looked me straight in the face trying to convince me that this is a stuffed crust pizza. I didn’t have the energy to keep arguing with her. So I’ll just take my loss and just not come back here anymore. Such is life. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
Your're choice the ingredients, I like it, sometimes some employees touch another things, but you can say that, change gloves Aaah..if they burn your pizza, you make it again Nice place for pizza, mama mia.!! :)
Love this spot. But when I picked up my order last night at 8:20pm, there was a line of 11 people. And only one person working. He was working hard, super nice. But the last few times I've been there, always seems like the one single employee has no help. And then everything needs to be rushed which is a bummer. Service Take out Meal type Dinner

One of the best pizza places in walnut creek area. Pizza tastes fresh and delicious every time i have been here. They have a brick oven too. I recommend this place to everyone. They have beer and wines as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Hands down worst Pieology location I have ever been to.. warning : they charge extra for cheddar cheese instead of mozzarella (not EXTRA, just cheddar) and don't tell you until after they ring you up because "that's how they were trained" according to manager Adonys. After I pointed out the sign that said clearly "Extra Cheese is 1$ for mozzarella or cheddar" Adonys told me it was a "typo" and that I should have seen the sign and interpreted it properly before I even placed my order so that justifies them not telling customers its an extra charge. Because I didn't see the sign pop up on the TV at the register from the beginning of the line at the opposite end it "must be my eyes or something". Was given a refund for the cheese but it was handled so unprofessionally I don't think I will ever be back. Never had any issue remotely like this at any of the several other locations I've been to. Crazy.
