This place is amazing! The pho broth has just the right amount of flavor, and the noodles are cooked just right, not too hard and not too soft like some of the other pho restaurants I’ve been to. Best comfort food especially when it’s chilly out. The customer service is always on point and all staff is friendly, Ronnie is one of best servers, come visit him if you ever stop by. This place is my favorite Pho restaurant. The broth is delicious and flavorful and the portions are also great. The staff have always been pretty quick and polite every time I have come in. My daughter loves the chicken pho and I always get the combo that has everything in it. 2/19/23- A lot of food for the price. You can easily get two meals out of each serving. The taste is also good when compared to similar food. Even though they were busy we got our food pretty fast, but there was a time gap between when they brought out each of our plates. The server was good with refilling our water and kept stopping by each time we got about half way done. We didn't get napkins right away, so eating the wonton was a bit messy. I placed an order for Spicy Grilled Chicken with noodles, in person “to go” and the cashier informed me that it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I went back and asked the cashier if my order was ready, the host standing beside her said “Here is your order”. I took my food and I left. When I got home, it was not the food I ordered. It was Grilled Shrimp with rice. Very disappointed. I wasted my time and money. The host's service and attitude was not good. There was little interaction. I threw the food in the garbage.

The food here is so delicious I love it! The pho broth is unbeatable. The sesame chicken so good. The boba so delicious. One of our regular servers is so rude every time it sucks. He’s not nice. I had such a great experience here, on cold days Pho Vy is really a cozy place to visit, it might be a little cramped for some people, but this is how I personally like a restaurant to be. The food is always eye-catching and delicious, the staff, although very busy, no delay in their work, super friendly and they are the true caregivers. Together with my friend, we stopped here for lunch. We both got Phõ 8p and spring rolls. Everything was delicious 😋. I was going to take pictures of the food, but once the plates arrived, the smell was so good I totally forgot to snap any shots. Next time! I did manage to take pictures of the menu before we started eating 😄

The customer service at this place was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like a valued guest. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to assist with any questions I had. They even made great recommendations for first-time visitors like me. I have been here many times and the food is always delicious. I don’t usually order sesame chicken but my friend ordered it and I tried. It was absolutely the best I have ever had!
