We invited some friends for dinner and we had the Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake as dessert. We all agreed, this is the best cheesecake we ever had. My husband and his friend normally don't eat dessert. But from the Chocolate Swirl Cheesecake both of them eat even two slices.
With every piece in your mouth you indulge yourself. The cream cheese filling is moist and very creamy and the chocolate crust fits perfect to this cheesecake. The taste of the whole composition is incredibly delicious. It's really hard to stop eating, you just want to have more of this heavenly treat :-)

I have to eat very strictly gluten-free for health reasons and have never tasted any gluten-free bakes even remotely as good as hers.
You would never ever know that they were gluten-free which to me is amazing.

I recommend the Strawberries and Cream Cake, The Lemon Pistachio Cake, German Apple Cake, Carrot Cake, classic Milk Tart, Poppy Seed and White Chocolate Cake and her Dark Chocolate Cake is really like no other.
I ordered the most delicious cheesecake from Philosophy of Yum for my husbands birthday. From the perfect base and baked cheese filling, through to the thin white chocolate layer holding up the strawberry topping, it is one of the most delicious things I have ever tasted. I would order from them again in a heartbeat.
