The place itself looks perfect. It has a green terrace with the view at the river and a famous church. It has a children room with bubbles and all this pretty stuff, and a rest room for more grown-up kids. The toilet is well-fit for parents, with the feeding place and a toilet for little ones. They give balloons to the children.
Also I'm totally content with the food.
But. The thing that I didn't like is that I had to hold tightly all the things I still need. The moment I've saved the rests of my pizza, my drink was taken away even without asking if it's over (it wasn't over at all). They sneaked away my literally unused paper napkins, which is quite ecologically unfriendly.
I understand, maybe it's a fault of one waiter, not the restaurant. Anyway, I'm quite happy with the visit.
After a 3 month break from Pesto, we decided to return and see if it had improved since my original post (below). I am happy to say that the restaurant is back to it's former high standards. I had a lovely meal and the four of us enjoyed the food. If the standard is maintained to tonight's level, I will definitely be returning soon.
On the negative side, the chips (fries) were still over-salted and the staff were a little slow, but don't let that put you off. It's still great value and worth a visit, especially if you have kids as the children's play area is staffed and great fun.

Two days ago I visited and found a piece of plastic in my pizza. Today I was served a cold chicken burger with cold fries. 40 seconds later after complaining they came back hot. The fries for kids had so much salt on that they were inedible for adults. They refused to let the chef try them. Yes they are busy but no excuse to just throw everything in a microwave.
6 months ago this was a great "value for money" restaurant. Sadly no longer.
So great place to enjoy healthy food. Has a kids room!!! I celebrated my son’s birthday 10 years and service was excellent! Great place and amazing friendly stuff.
I love this place for lunch or dinner with small kids. Helpful staff, tasty Italian cuisine and the cleanest restrooms with special stuff for small kids and breastfeeding!!!
Absolutely delicious Italian dishes,salad,soup with the meat balls,4 cheese pizza,fresh,convenient kids' area,friendly waiters,quick service, I recommend Pesto cafe in Rusanivka
A nice time with family and friends.... Pizza was good... The Zumba girl had a salad reports were good. Great play area for lad... They had girl watching the kids...poor girl!!
Cozy place for families with children. The pizza is quite good. But pizzas basis tastes like pita. It's tasty, but a little bit unusual. The signature tea, is a bit expensive if compare to it's quality. The waiters are a bit rude and haughty. It looks like they just wait, when we will leave and it feels a little uncomfortable. I don't think I will come there again. But as for families it's really good place. There's a lot of things, specially for children.
Tasty food) nice setting (we even got a candle on the table) Cesar's salad was good) and the pastas we asked were quiet decent)
On the menu said from 15:00-17:00 if I remember well that was doubled the plate... but when asked the waitress he said that it wasn't working that way 🤷♀️
But overall was tasty and a good time with friends)
