Literally the best place in Salem for coffee. I've been coming here for over 2 years and the owner and other girls are always amazing, fast and friendly! They're coffee is so good and with the new addition of the lotus energy drinks they're literally incredible! I been here a few time and normally I have a great coffee. But today Who ever made my coffee did a a horrible job. I got a Almond milk Sugar free caramel latte, Not only did she burn the almond milk (it took 20 mins for the darn thing to cool. When I could finally drink it it tasted like watered down coffee water....... no almond milk taste no caramel flavor barely taste like coffee. I was going to not write a review but then I saw in my bank account that she decided to add more to her tip I gave 1 (this was before I knew the coffee was gross) but they decided to give themselves a higher tip. my total was 5.25 when I left after tip and now I checked my bank account tonight they took 7.25. yea never going there again. People might want to check there bank accounts after getting coffee there.

My spouse and I went for the first time to get blended drinks from Perk Up Expresso and the lady was so friendly. She asked us if we were sharing so she put the blended drink in two cups and gave us the extra. I really recommend this coffee shop and we also wanted to support local businesses.

I’m from out of town and was looking for someplace to get a good iced mocha, so I stopped by Perk Up and my drink was made perfectly. I was also greeted with GREAT customer service from Caitlyn, 5 stars to her, she was amazing! It’s a must stop shop.😁

This has become my favorite coffee shop in salem. They are always friendly and quick. My drink is perfect every time

This place almost always forgets to make my drink soy, or iced (they usually mess up and do blended). I used to love this place, but now their coffee taste burnt. I go to Starbucks every day for consistency. It is sad. Such a nice little shop.

Really like their ice cream mocha drinks. Also best coffee around, better than the siblings from the Netherlands. Wonderful people!
