This was my first time coming here. Everything was great, from the food to the people, all around great. Only issue I had is I told the guy taking my order at least 5 times that I do not want any beans. I'm not allergic or anything just not a big fan of beans. I got my food and saw double rice on my plate so I was like awesome, no beans. I bite into my steak fajita taco and there is beans on it. I found it after taking a bite. Now I hate sending food back and I understand that food is made a certain way for the flavor profile, I work in the food industry, so I eat my taco. Not a bad taco it just had beans on it. Usually I like eating here cuz it's good food. This time I stood at the counter for about 10 to 15 minutes the girl behind the counter looked at me 2 to 3 times and never once attempted to take my order. I heard rumors that this place was going to close down (which I hope is just that, a rumor) don't know when but with this type of customer service I believe it won't take long. I have done food service for 31 years and I would never treat my customers the way I got treated today. Sorry kip, however, when your customer gets bad or no service, I believe the owner should know.

If you want a cookie cutter Mexican restaurant then go to one of the 30 plus. If on the other hand, you want something delicious. This is a great place, and you get a lot for an inexpensive price. I was there on opening day. That tells you my age. It is unique and has been around a lot longer than the others. The employees were fantastic. They were dealing with their POS system going down. They took our order long hand and served us. We left a $20.00 bill to cover our meal while we ate. They brought us way too much change. We pointed out to them, and they said they did not charge us for some of the items because of the problem. Their prices are low already. We added up our order and took them the difference plus a tip for their hard work. We highly suggest this establishment. It is not fancy or high-priced. GROSS, GROSS!!!! Food is absolutely disgusting. Store bought tortillas, fake bacon and eggs. This place does NOT deserve to be called a Mexican restaurant. And they over charge. Your food is not good to be that expensive!! and they don’t even know what a damn bean and cheese taco is. Please do us Mexicans a favor and change your name to non authentic wannabe Mexican food. NOT APPROVED BY A LATINA!

I have been a part of this restaurant since I was in high school in the '80s. When I recently dined with friends we found out that the staff were unable to make items off the menu per specification. I truly I hope that things work out because I have always been a fan of the Martin family legacy. But when I ate with friends The one thing that they are famous for was screwed up. The queso. The cheese was broken in the sauce. I'm sorry and I hope that they are remedy this quickly because this has been one of my all-time favorites for decades!
