Going through other reviews I'm shocked cause I feel like I probably went to a different shop 🤔 I than make excuses in my head that maybe the staff was tired, had a long day? I don't know, cause I did not experience any nice service, from the cashier to the packer. I was even mad at how that packer was speaking to other people. The manner in which people were addressed was not professional at all... A lady came to the packer saying she never received her juice, the respomse was "I don't deal with juices, I'm a packer" and the tone was harsh. That's unacceptable!!! There are many other incidents that happened in the 15minutes I spent in that place, it was NOT nice to watch! I guess it's true that service in dependent on the area you're in. Where customers are predominantly black, you'll find the tone towards people is different. I’m always having the same issue with my orders. Everytime I request for my chicken to be well done, they never do it. It’s like I’meating boiled chicken. I never had this issue with other Pedros stores. Can’t even get a hold of the store on the phone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
