I'm hungry, and I spotted a Chinese restaurant with a variety of meals. Even though I only want one, preferably with rice, they have the perfect option for me – Mongolian Beef. It's juicy and saucy, making it even better with rice! Excited to try, and maybe next time, I'll explore more meals! While the restaurant was okay for us, it's not somewhere we'd revisit. There are plenty of better options nearby. The pad Thai lacked great flavor, with minimal chicken. The curry chicken was okay, but surprisingly, it didn't come with rice. Despite ordering a side of rice that never arrived, the restaurant claimed it wasn't part of my order. Overall, my experience wasn't positive, despite recommendations from others. I don't believe it lives up to the almost 5 stars it has received. Amazing food and service! I fell asleep after work (meant to get dinner before PC closed) but I was starving and it was Friday night after working 60 hours at an auto body shop so I was STARVING. I only had 10 minutes till they closed. I called and the super nice woman who works the front desk promised to wait till I got there so I could get my dinner. They are fast, friendly, and the food is amazing. PLUS, you get a free egg roll and bowl of soup with every meal! Best teriyaki/Chinese place in all of Kenmore/Bothell area! We got the almond chicken and general Tsos chicken with 6 dumplings. They were all pretty damn good! The food was tasty, the service was very friendly and fast. However we didn’t realize the meals don’t come with rice so next time we will probably order 1 meal and get a side of rice. I would recommend!

1. Super friendly staff, I feel welcomed every time I stepped in the place! 2. Very authentic beef chow fun! (干炒牛河好好吃！ 3. Always followed special instructions and did much beyond that - As the picture showed, I ordered beef chow fun with less oil, less noodle and more vegetables, they even added broccoli and bok Chou on top of the regular bean sprout, onion and carrot, love it! I’ve come here intermittently for a few years now but it’s been a few months since I came in and I have to say whatever changes they have made during then were well worth it. The food is better than it has ever been. My wife and I have brought up their general tso and almond chicken multiple times in the last couple days. We will be coming back again soon! I have been there 2 times the first we ordered out and I remembered thinking that it wasn't great but it has been years since that experience and my normal favorite Chinese restaurant was closed so I thought I would give it another try. So sorry I did. The food was expensive and subpar to say the least. The bbq fried rice was good and the almond chicken was okay, and my husband said the spring rolls were good but the Mongolian beef was super rubbery and the sauce did not taste right, the crab ragoons should be called creamcheese ragoons because there was no noticeable trace of crab in them. The egg flour soup was so bland that I couldn't eat it... (yes I know egg flower soup is bland in general I LOVE egg flower soup normally this was just extra bland and had a weird taste to it) but I think one of my biggest complaints was for dine in service they served our food in Styrofoam to go containers, very thin cheap Styrofoam plates, all our soups and sauces were in Styrofoam containers and the utensils they gave us were the super cheap flimsy plastic silverware. Trying to dish up with those was a pain in the a** . They never once came to check on us or asked if we needed anything. When we went to leave they asked how everything was. We were polite and said fine but I will never go back. If I wanted to eat off cheap disposable plates and use plastic silverware I would just go to panda it would be way cheaper and the food would be better... I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO STAR!!! The kitchen was nasty and the customer service was horrible. The cashier did not smile or show any type of appreciation that we spent over $140 there. When the orange chicken came out, it was soggy, sauce didn’t taste like it was supposed to and the meat was completely dark grey. I didn’t like it at all and I politely told the woman who was cashiering about my concern. She immediately got defensive and told me that they don’t provide refunds for food. Funny thing is, I did not even want a refund, I just simply wanted to exchange it for something else and she told me no. I had to pay another $18 for a different type of chicken on top of my $130 order for my family. I was upset, but paid it anyway. It was just pure greed and I will never be back there. They clearly don’t care about their customers and lack good customer service. The food was not even all that great to be so expensive. You can’t just eat Chinese food from anywhere. Never again!!!
