If you love extreme stuff, this is the place, Big area to wall around, restaurant with amazing food. Good prices and great customer service. You can also rent a motorcycle to go around the area. They also have big gardens with pretty flowers. If you are looking to stay, they have bunches options to rest a room. I'll say nothing about the weather because it's the best, very cold and windy!
Beautiful place with a beautiful view. Good food and good prices. Ordered the parrillada for 2 and it was like if it was for 4 people. Didn't take pics of the food but there are lovely horses in the entrance. There are a few recreational things you can do like ride the horses, zip lining, etc.
Has many options on things to do, the quad bikes are fun but they are not well maintained and the guide is careless, almost rude. Food has generous portions but the grilled chicken taste has no taste at all. The service could be better
Activities - Canopy, Four-Wheelers for rent, horseback riding for adults and kids, trampoline for kids. Weight restriction 240 for activities as well must not be wearing shorts. ||||Service - Waiter wasn't that good. I saw him roll his eyes once because we kept asking for different things. Guy from the activities area asked me for my weight and told me could not do any of their activities which is odd because I was able to do all activities in another location which I guess was for the best. ||||Food – Breakfast was good except for the cheese that tasted like it was spoiled. Prices are reasonable. Something you must try us their banana tempura … it’s AMAZING!!! ||||Certainly, a bummer when you have been planning for some time and from another country and you get there and can’t do any of their activities.
Was in El Salvador for the weekend and had chance to visit this resort. Unfortunately due to weather we weren't able to enjoy some activities like zip lining but the resort overall is amazing. The different plants and flowers around the grounds and the food at the restaurant was incredible. If you're in the area this should definitely be in the list to visit.
We stopped at Paso Del Alaska Resort for lunch. It is located in Los Naranjos, an area convenient to towns we frequent during the course of business, i.e., Nahuizalco, San Jose La Majada and Juayua. After surveying the menu we chose to have beverages and enjoy the solitude and views. In my experience and opinion, certainly for this and most areas of El Salvador, the food and beverages are overpriced. The quality of what we ordered was sub-par. One of my family members had visited there in January with his spouse and children. he commented that the prices had risen significantly since their visit. The views offered from the restaurant areas are spectacular and the setting is peaceful.
This was a pleasant experience, food is pricey but delicious. You will have a tremendous view to Santa Ana Volcano. Be aware if it's raining, temperature will decrease until 53 F probably!
Nice place to have a coffee cup and meal if possible. The place is in front of the Ilamatepec volcano surrounded by beautiful gardens. Rooms for rent to stay are available. Friendly staff and nice weather all year long.
Nice place, you can see nature, enjoy the cool weather of Los Naranjos and have a good cup of coffee. Food here is delicous.
