Visited for brunch, wide menu options and menu is well laid out. Service was good, although our host seemed busy and didn't really give us his full attention. Food was average I had expected a little more flavour to match the menu descriptions

We visited another Parrots branch and absolutely loved their diverse menu and food, and we were so sad when they closed down, so when we saw Parrots, we didn't even hesitate.
Their seating and decor are so beautiful. They even have an actual parrot at the entrance.
Our waiter was really friendly and attentive.
We visited for late lunch. We had the alla Mozambique pasta and truly Mexican pizza. Both dishes were so good. Fresh, hot, and tasty.
For drinks, we had the watermelon gin fizz mocktail and frozen dragon fruit and raspberry mocktail. Our drinks were yummy, but it was a lot and we couldn't finish it after our meals.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we were happy it held up the Parrots reputation we know and love!

I ordered 1 BBQ piza. It was not cooked properly, I informed my waiter about it, and he also confirmed that, it was not cooked properly. He then informed his manager abt it, and he was full of attitude. His behaviour was rude also and didn't agree to the fact that it was not cooked properly.I did not want to continue the argument paid my bill in full and left the place with geat disappointment. I used to recommend my friends to have food at that restaurant, but due the behaviour of the manager and quality of the food, now I will think twice.

Lovely restaurant with a great variety of food and drinks. The waiters and waitresses are excellent.
The only issue I have is that the play area is very small and limited, and the slide is not safe at all, I've seen children almost falling off the sides of the slide and the top. The bench seating where you eat in the play area is really damaged and needs refurbishment desperately!

The service was nice I liked the parrot. I had a Frulata it was amazing. I ordered beef curry and rice it was the worst beef curry I've ever tasted It wasn't hot it was sour for some odd reason. The quarter chicken platter was amazing loved the boerewors . The white guy don't know if he's a manager/supervisor was insulting the staff in front of us it wasn't nice to watch it was appalling

Very affordable and absolutely recommend for lunch dates.
The services was exceptional. I enjoyed the salad, even though I feel like the salad dressing wasn't enough. I requested for more but it was at an additional price.
Lovely food.
Good atmosphere. Sitting next to the busy open area is wonderful and blocked off by a glass wall. You can relax. No one is going to take anything.

I have to be honest as I always am. The service was excellent, well spoken and friendly waiters. As for the food, subpar. The fries were dry, onion rings were over fried, & the layers of my burger didn't feel like they were in sync. The avocado was chewy and bun was just plain dry. Then there was this odd looking coleslaw on the side, absolutely terrible.
I've heard good reviews about this place so my guess is we were just unlucky on this occasion. They really need to be consistent with their quality standards. That being said, I'm give them a 4/10 rating.
