Stopped in for dinner with a friend. The restaurant is so beautiful. I love how there's an area where you can sit in a nice setting and have dinner, or you can sit in the bar area for a more relaxed setting. The bar area is beautiful as well. The bread they served with the white bean hummus was delicious! It's very different from anything else I've experienced. We ordered the Crispy chicken sandwich - spicy slaw, tomato, avocado, and provolone. With parmesan fries. Also, the French dip - daily roast, provolone, and horseradish cream. With onion rings. Everything was delicious!! Best fries and onion rings, hands down. The service was great! The gentleman behind the bar was very helpful and kind. Will definitely be returning. Constructive criticism to the owner/gm, everything was very bland. The nacho meat didn’t taste like anything and cheese wasn’t melted. The steak and cheese eggrolls also didn’t taste like anything, there was no flavor, all we could taste was the egg roll. And the boneless chicken wings was just cubed cuts of chicken breasts tossed in bbq sauce with no breading. Very underwhelmed by the food and won’t be back :( service and atmosphere was fine, but either change your ingredients or find better cooks Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Incredibly disappointing experience. The food was mediocre at best. The garlic bread sticks were cold and the garlic butter surprisingly underwhelming. The wine was embarrassingly and obviously cheap. It was gross. The environment was clean and decorated beautifully but full of a few younger staff members who just didn’t quite have the professionalism down. No one greets you, no one even acknowledges you. It’s weird. Maybe that’s just generational. The saving grace was our incredible waitress. She was personable and professional, so I’m thankful we got her. We tipped her well, she deserves better than this place. The prices are outrageous for the poor quality of food and wine they provide. They should be ashamed. The place was empty for a weekend evening. I feel like that’s telling. This place needs a hard menu revamp and a staff cleanse. I assume the bar is what’s keeping them afloat. Food: 1

I Have been to the usual good restaurants in and around Shelton plenty of times, but Parker, Eatery and Bar is my new favorite. First the atmosphere was relaxing and the dining tables were perfectly spread out and not stuffed next to each other. My Wife and I sat down at a table, however the bar looked warm and inviting. From the dining area you can still see the TVs with Sports playing on them. 2nd the food was incredible! My Wife had the Crab Cakes and I had the Parker Burger. The Crab Cakes were perhaps the best I've ever tasted and my Burger was perfect. Staff was very friendly and for a Saturday night dinner around 5:30 we were sat right away and our food came about 20 minutes after ordering it. It's a little pricey but we'll worth it to dine here. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to have a great meal in Shelton. It's right next door to the Rinks on River Road.

Awesome place. We stopped on the way back from a UConn drop off, right off 15, had lunch. The club and chicken sandwich were excellent. Really good fries, the thin ones. Looks like a great place to hang out, not expensive, lunch was about $30 plus tip. We sat at the bar, super friendly service, highly recommend for lunch, dinner or drinks.

I have been to this restaurant a couple of times, both before COVID-19 and during. The menu is appetizing and the food is delicious. However, I must say, my family has tried to eat at this establishment more often but there is nobody picking up calls! I've literally called three different times on three different days and nobody has picked up. That being said, I am more hesitant choosing this place to eat out because how can I place a pick up order or make reservations if I can't even get in contact with someone?

Hard to find and random location. Would do much better somewhere in a busier and more well known plaza. However, staff is friendly and somewhat attentive. Only gave it 3 stars because the "macho nachos" are phenomenal and the layout is classy decor. Parker burger is okay but nothing too special. My friend really liked the turkey blt. Fries are okay.

Can say we went there and check that box. Pizza isn't anything special, nor can the size of it feed a family of three if each person eats more than their share. Salad was very good though. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Food: 3 Service: 5

We sat outside on the patio. The waitstaff was very nice. We found the food expensive. The food was presented nicely. I had a salad with dressing they make there. There wasn't much flavor to the dressing. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

There were two of us and we sat at the bar on the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. The beautiful bartender was very attentive and had great hustle. We shared the nachos which checked all the boxes- really good! Drinks were not lacking haha good pour 👍🏽. Good food, service and drinks. I do recommend. Updating this review to be five stars because every single time we go the food is excellent and the service is beyond reproach. Parker management, you are doing something right and your customers appreciate it! PS: Get the cookies...!!!
