The Çiğbörek was really really really good!! I love it. I know it’s Eskişehir’s famous food but I hope someday they will open branch in İstanbul.

nice place, but keep in mind one portion consists of 6 pcs. portions are big and it’s hard to finish. taste was good enough, needed a bit salt

Unfortunately the çibörek was a disappointment. It was very bland, maybe thats how it supposed to be but nothing like I anticipated. A deep-fried dish shouldn't be this tasteless. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person ₺1–100 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Staffs are sooo friendly and good.. place is full of positive energy.. but about çiğbörek maybe I’ll not try it again because it’s so heavy Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
This restaurant is famous for traditional Çibörek which originated in Eskisehir. They only have this food. Very famous among locals. Chebureki is a deep-fried turnover with a filling of ground or minced meat and onions. It is made with a single round piece of dough folded over the filling in a crescent shape. One portion (5 Chebureki) costs 35 turkish lira. Only downside is they don't have a toilet.
A local delicacy of Eskişehir. Was introduced by a native and it did not disappoint. Served freshly fried, the Çiğbörek was light, fluffy, and most importantly, tasty. The flour and the meat do not overpower each other but complements into this warm, greasy delight. A must-go if visiting Eskişehir.

It is a very authentic experinece everyone that comes to Eskişehir should have. This place is family owned and the food is really tasty. Çiğbörek is a traditional dish from crimean tatars, who make up a great number of eskişehir people. And Papağan is the place for it. They have 2 shops. One that does just meat which is more traditional place. Other shop is about 1 min walk does both cheese and meat cig boreks. They are fried pastry with meat or cheese in it. Becareful when hot. We tried both 3 each. I felt the meat one needed lemon or tursu with it. Cheese one I prefer it better. Meal type Brunch Price per person ₺80–100
