No issues with this location. Pizzas always have enough toppings. Prices are great. We even burned one once and they replaced it for us. Literally no clue what we did wrong since we've gotten dozens of their pizzas. They said someone else had called in to say the same thing. That was very nice of them to replace it. For take and bake pizza, it's tough to top Papa Murphy's. The pizzas are made fresh, they're always tasty and their crust is actually pretty good. Keep your eyes open for coupons and you're able to do a quick dinner without spending a bunch of dough... pun fully intended.

Tip-shaming is out of control in this country. No one can use guilt to get a tip from me. If I'm going to tip, it'll be because I decide. Very tacky what Papa Murphy's tries to do. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The first time we went our order was flawless! Amazing pizza and amazing service. The second time we went we had a mix-up with our order. The next day I called and asked if anything could be done - because I noticed the mix-up after business hours - and they offered to replace my pizzas, no questions asked. What amazing customer service! Errors are bound to happen - we're human - and who even knows if it was my fault or theirs, but they definitely went above and beyond. We would definitely recommend this Papa Murphy's location!

It was a fast and easy experience. I'd compare it to a subway of pizza shops. They don't have too many toppings choices to be overwhelming, but enough to really let you personalize your pizza. Clear and easy to follow instructions were included with the pizza and it tasted pretty darn good after baking it in the oven. It wasn't too busy when I went but I have seen it get a bit more packed.

The Papa Murphy’s on 57th is the absolute best!! The staff are always fantastic on the phone and in person! (: The staff addresses you by name and will fix any problems you might have if you just ask! They also keep it very clean and give you verbal directions on how to bake your pizza along with a slip that explains it! On top of that, they have high quality food at a great price!!! (: Keep up the great work, Papa Murphy’s!

Great pizza. Great deals. I'm especially a fan of the chicken, bacon, artichoke or the chicken Mediterranean. I always get the thin crust. The others are fine if you like more bread to your pizza, but I am a thin crust girl - focused on the toppings.

Tastes great. Got the thin crust. Definitely place directly on rack after 10 minutes for a crisp crust
