Papa Murphy’s has really gone downhill. We used to order from them all the time. But the value and quality has declined. We decided to give them another chance for our Christmas Eve dinner. Their “thin crust” was so thin it developed multiple holes during baking and melted pizza toppings all over our oven. And the cheese pizza is so cheaped-out on cheese, we have to add our own. Absolutely unacceptable! I’m sorry to say that after this final BAD experience, we’re done with them. Papa John’s has become our new go-to. Although it’s not take and bake, we get better quality and more value for a lot lower cost. And for less money WE DONT HAVE TO COOK IT!

What's better than a fabulous take and bake pizza? The fact that if you sign up on the website they give you a free one for your birthday. That's a ginormous happy moment!!
I love that I can order a pizza anyway I like it (gluten free for me). There are happy humans working there hooking me up with pizza salad, soda and desserts!
If you don't feel like getting in your car and going to pick it up, you can have it delivered right to your house. Ready to be cooked in your own oven.
I gave five stars to the atmosphere because I always get to eat this pizza in my home!

I have an addiction to this pizza from previously working at a papa Murphy’s in Sherwood,OR and this spot hasn’t let me down once for my stretched thin cheese pizza needs!!! Below is my pizza which I consider to be perfect! Come try some awesome take n bake pizza if you haven’t before because it’s simply delicious!!!

Pizza is great, customer service is really hit or miss. Went in today at 7:42pm, and the server Reggie was obviously irritated, and was pretty short with me. She acted like it was an inconvenience that I was there. Then she asked her manager when they can start refusing service because it's near closing time - right in front of me. Her manager set her straight thankfully. They close at 8pm, so I can understand being perturbed when a customer comes right before you close, but with nearly 20 minutes to spare, I felt that the attitude was unwarranted. I understand wanting to leave for the day, but during business hours you should be professional and courteous, or look for a new line of work. I usually don't post reviews, but her snarky attitude was really too much.
Excellent service and pizza. However, Papa Murphy could improve their online ordering system. Streamline and simplify.

Food is usually on point, staff is usually courteous and friendly... But today, that was not the case for at least one staff member... She was incredibly rude and slamming things around non stop- so loud that the other employee couldn't even hear me, then she was asking questions rudely and rolling her eyes, scoffing at me "you're ordering more than one pizza?!?!" ....all this attitude just because I noticed they were open & still making pizzas for another customer & came in about 10 mins before closing (takes 5 minutes to make a couple pizzas!!!) .... If you didn't want anymore customers - say you're closed when they walk in!! Or lock the doors... Don't act like you're entitled to act so immaturely trying to intimate a customer and have such a nasty attitude.... Get another job if you can't handle customers properly!! I will be calling and talking to a management soon as possible.
Can't take any more delivery pizzas! They always taste the same no matter who we buy it from. Even though Papa Murphy's is not a local company each franchise is locally owned so nice.
But really it's about the pizza! Although I rarely remember to preset my oven when i go get our pizza (lol) it still doesn't take long to cook when I get home. Plus it just tastes much fresher and all their pizzas are much cheaper than the other corporate delivery chains.
Soooo... Remember to preheat your oven to 425°, get one of these bad boys and enjoy!
Pro Tip: go on Tuesdays it's like $12 for any large pizza. Plus they take EBT for anyone that chooses to use that.

I came in around 745 to order a pizza and they were completely cleaned up. There was still plenty of time to make a pizza. If you close at 8 o’clock you should be doing business until 8 o’clock. I feel bad for the employees working under such poor management.
