Placed my order online at 4 pm. One pizza and one cheese bread.(Nothing crazy)I scheduled to pick it up at 5:30....even left a tip on my order when I placed it. Wish I could take that back. I've been a customer for 10 years. Many people worked here, but I do not remember any occasion to be unsatisfied by their work or attitude. Always respectful, smiley, friendly. Of course happened minor mistakes like a wrong sauce, but fixed momentarily. One time needed to wait 20 minutes longer but I saw those orders occupying entire desk. They do their best to make all customers satisfied. Drive through could be a little better, sometimes a delay about a couple minutes before asking. Delivery - no complains. In the waiting area inside a little weird feeling due to architectural decisions, like too tight and hard to hear and see if your order is ready. One thing I observed recently and do not like - the tips request during online purchase. How can I make a decision if service has not been provided yet? It's pizza. Lol pizza is always good! The only way this pizza would be gross is if you yourself cook it wrong. Believe in yourself! Plus, if you want more toppings, you can always go to the grocery store next door to this place and pick up more mushrooms or olives, I recommend bigger chunks of pineapple if you like pineapple. Tuesdays are one of their busiest days with their $12 special. You think they would have change for a $100 bill or a manager with enough responsibility to be able to make change for the drawer. I do not like being forced to use plastic to pay. And it's not like it was right at opening, it was 630 PM! Not happy with attitude of "Sorry can't." Maybe that will be my attitude next time someone wants me to order from them.

I've been coming to the Laneway Papa Murphys in Bellingham WA for fifteen years. Due to there beautiful delicious pizzas. But on Sunday the 3rd. My 5 o'clock pick up was the worst ever. I was bringing it to a party. It looked like the worker didn't care. It had barely any topping. And did not taste good. If you could just correct whatever happened that day, at that time, I'd be a returning customer. Thanks. Angela.

This was my second trip to this location. The first time was fine. However, this time I ordered the promo pizza, the Frito Outlaw. Once I got home with it, I was disappointed to see how little meat and Fritos it had on it. For $16, I expect better.

I eat Papa Murphy's Pizza at least once a week. Why? Because it's AWESOME! The crew at the Lakeway store really bust their rears to pull through during dinner rush and deliver good, friendly customer service. I'm super satisfied with the product and the service I have ever received from this establishment. GOOD JOB GUYS!!!

Will never use the lakeway store again! Placed my order online for a 5 o'clock pick-up. Waited at the drive up window for 10 mins only to be informed that my order was never made because they were busy. Mind you my order was placed at 2 p.m. and paid for and a confirmation received via email. Now I have no pizza and I'm forced to wait for them to process my refund (2-3 days).
