My first time eating at this pizza chain and it was good tomato sauce and great ingredients, the staff was nice and very busy. Pizzas were going out the door quickly and my order included a hand tossed pizza dough with the works. Will definitely eat from this chain again. Very disappointed. Asked for what was on the menu. Asked for a simple extra sauce so as to not be dry. Asked for the butter sauce. All was promised by the call taker. Just got dry pizza. First order to pick up for several years. Most likely last. There was nothing difficult about what I asked for and was willing to pay for. I was told to call store level next time. Well if corp/Google # can't insure a simple request, then I don't think store level could do better either. I'm sorry it worked out that way, I was hoping. Tried to call in an order, but the person that took the call was not very helpful in trying to place the order. I had to go to the business and place the order in person. Then was told that the thin crust pizza was only available in large size only. Why offer it or say what crust you want is you cant get it in the size you want? Whenever I visit Papa Johns My Pizza is always Fresh and Hot and the Staff is always Very Pleasant. Whenever I have had a issue they have always been very accommodating and that's what keeps Me coming Back. I can't get Chicago Pizza in Texas and Papa John's is the Next Best thing to Chicago Pizza! Take out order. Pizza was pretty good. 2 large stuffed crust the works and meat lovers. Everyone tore it up nothing left. I was just told by the manager that there is no way they gave me a thin crust pizza because none of their medium pizzas are avaliable in thin crust. He had a snoty attitude and was condescending. Everytime i order from this location it is always screwd up. I had my food delivered because i was unable to leave as i work from home. His response was bring it in and ill show you its not thin crust.

The Caucasian guy said he was the manager has no customer service skills at all! We were there to order pizzas for a party and he was totally disrespectful to us and we wind up leaving this establishment and would never return. You need people to work that has some type of training on customer service! You deserve zero Stars

This is the worst place to order from. I called to place an order and schedule a delivery. It never made it. When I called to ask why. They never answered. When they finally did. Boi papa johns is a hit and miss. Tonight is a big miss. 70 dollars worth of food and no customer service what so ever. It cool tho I know the delivery driver Julian sucks he didn’t even call me to let me know my pizza was here or anything. Won’t be delivering for a while. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
