I really like Papa Johns pizza, I was glad to see they had one when we moved here from the south. We lived near a Papa John's down there and ate there way too much because it was way too convenient. One thing I like about chains is that they are consistent, this Papa Johns tastes like the Louisiana Papa Johns which tastes like the Michigan Papa Johns. There garlic butter dip is the best thing I've ever dipped any pizza in. Writing this review is making me hungry. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

We got two pizzas for $30 which is pretty expensive. The pepperoni tasted rancid. The garlic sauce is okay, nothing special. We could have got three pizzas for the same price or less at Marco's which has better, less expensive pizza. So yeah, way too expensive for the subpar pizza you get. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Met a new friend there today. Played chess with him. Cool dude. Oh, this pizza is the best anywhere! We got Hawaiian and Philly cheesesteak and they were both to die for! That good looking chic behind the counter was super nice, too. There was a wait of about 40 minutes but it was worth every minute. The two pizzas came to 32 bucks. Also worth every bit of it. If I could give this business a -5 I would. Worst service I have ever received. I had placed an order on door dash to pick up. When I arrived to get said order, it took them 5 minutes to greet me. When I finally got someone’s attention he was so bothered that he had to deal with me. He couldn’t find my order and implied I ordered incorrectly. Went to my car, to grab my phone with the order information, waited another 5 min for him to come back and he snaps at me that he can’t see my phone information “what’s the address” he snapped. I told him the address the order had on it…my name three times and after another wait I was somehow blamed for the fact that their printer didn’t print my full name. Not my fault? Also not door dashes fault. My entire name and correct information was on the order I had in my hand that he didn’t want to look at. Generally I like your food and I usually have no problems at this location. However, I wanted to complain in general that you discontinued the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza. Since you no longer had that, we decided to go elsewhere. As the Papa John’s website makes providing this feedback directly impossible, I had to leave the review here. We order garlic knots to accompany our pizza order. However, they were burned. We ate the 4 that weren't as badly burned but couldn't bring ourselves to eat these. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

We ordered The Works and the Pepperoni-Stuffed Crust for pick up. They made the pizza quickly and had it ready for us when we showed up. The Works had so many toppings on it, it’s a great dense pizza. The Pepperoni-Stuffed Crust was amazing. The crust was not only stuffed with cheese, but it was also stuffed with pepperoni. So I order a pizza for my kids the next day with half and half toppings. That being said alone this is not a half and half pizza. The ingredients I ordered were solely because it didn’t give one of my sons a reaction. Now not only were the toppings wrong but also got a steam in our papadias. I also was told on the phone I could only have 50% refund. We argued and I finally agreed and now I can only have a pizza sent to our house. No thanks because I have known and know employees there and they have warned me to not accept the pizza because it is spit on by either the one who is angry or the driver. Yes I contacted corporate

Tonight was probably a one off because they’re training someone new. Benefit of the doubt. However, we will no longer be patronizing Papa John’s. Hope y’all do better.

I normally love the pizza here but today it was the worst, pizza and cheese sticks were all burnt and I could taste the burnt on the first bite I took. I called to see if they could fix the problem and the dude said he couldn’t do nothing they’re machine has been “having issues” so ridiculous.
