People seem nice every time I come in but they lack leadership and keeping everyone from screwing things up!!!! Seems every time I come in I have an issue with service and waiting forever to even be checked out… (I pay online before coming in). There’s times it goes smooth but then I get home and something ain’t right! Figure it out! I dread getting pizza here anymore… I keep saying last time but this is the last time. Great stuff crust pizza and Parmesan crusted Papadia! Not too much sauce ever. Hot and ready under 20 minutes. Usually. Ours got delayed because the online app didn’t process the order correctly. It’s the best pizza around. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

On a Thurs at ~11:45am I placed a online pizza delivery order to be delivered to my home residence at 4:30pm. My order did not arrive at that time, but allowing for traffic and such, I waited until ~5pm to contact this store. Using the automated service, I checked the status of my order only to be informed that the store is running late and that I would be updated soon. A minute later I received a text message that my order is being delivered at ~6pm. My pizza was not delivered until 5:37pm. Papa John's had more than 4 hours to fulfill my order, but I was forced to wait an additional hour to receive it. This extremely late delivery is unacceptable. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Very upset . Ordered my pizza , appetizers and 2 liter of soda for the MNF game . Driver was tipped , card was charged for delivery too and they forgot my soda . I asked the driver and he said “no soda “ and spoke real fast in Spanish and walked away . I called to address the situation and explained that I should not have to drive to go get my 5 dollar 2 liter of soda . The manager agreed and said they have no way to deliver it to me because they use door dash. He couldn’t refund me either . This is terrible customer service and papa John’s needs to do better . Very unhappy . They still owe me my soda . I messaged corporate and they have yet to get back to me . Pretty pathetic . My husband ordered a Large half pepperoni with pineapple and the other half just cheese. They messed up the first order and gave us the whole pizza pepperoni with pineapple. So called them and told them about our order and they were nice enough to make us new one with half cheese in it. My husband pick it up and came home with the same order. A whole pepperoni with pineapple. What on earth is wrong with these people! We called for the order to make sure they make it right the 2nd time. And still the same wrong order! Just wow!! I stood in the lobby around 5:30pm today (Wednesday) for quite a long time with all four employees on the make table and no one made eye contact, greeted me or asked what I needed. I have ordered from this place maybe 5 times. Without fail, the order is messed up everytime. Whether its missing toppings, wing count is short, pizza is burnt, or wrong dip, there's always a flaw. Last night the pizza was made wrong so they sent another one and that one had toppings on it that we never ordered. After a long day I just let it go. Unfortunately, that pizza gave all of us food poisoning, which brings me to this review. I have previously contacted the corporate office regarding the consistent failures and never heard back. Love their delivery service but when we went to pick up in store they had forgotten our order and tried to play it off as “we wanted it to be fresh” like come on. The estimated time for your order doesn't tell you how long that is until after you pay amd don't believe what it says. 50 minutes is what it has said and when I got there they had not started making it. People in here were extremely irritated because they had been waiting and waiting then were told that the pizza was made wrong. Also while sitting in here, the boys with long hair arent paying attention, they are too busy talking and not sanitary at all. Touching their hair, face and other areas including the phone and register. All without washing their hands or gloves. I certainly hope I don't find strands of hair in our food. Gosh, I thought the one in Lake Stevens was really bad... this one may tops that. Papa John's has lost my business forever. Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100
