Our food was prepared relatively quickly and correctly. I ordered from my phone and was texted that I had to come up to the window to get my food instead of an associate bringing it to our table. I got the buffalo chicken toasted baguette and the passion fruit green tea. My sandwich was good until I found this piece of plastic on my sandwich. Not quite sure what is was but I almost ate it. The tea was super yummy though. My husband got the pulled pork sandwich with chips and they didn't tell us they didn't have chips but have him a chuck of baguette instead. Mixed results. New clean facility. Ordered full size sandwiches but they entered in half. One sandwich was pretty good but very disappointed with the Chipotle Chicken Avocado melt. Probably the driest I’ve ever had. Where is the cheese? Very little meat. Doesn’t qualify as a melt where I come from. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50

I’m rating this a 3, because of the service I had when I was ordering. They’re not very allergen friendly, and I have a ton of food allergies, so I was trying to get more information but the cashier wasn’t very friendly or patient about my questioning things. I ended up having to settle for a salad with no dressing and a cup of soup. I left not being full, and the food is not worth the amount of money you have to pay. I’m generous with my rating because my husband who doesn’t have allergies said his sandwich tasted good! Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Amazing staff! I can’t say enough about how kind they were. Unfortunately, when we came in there were some menu options that they were out of. I’m not going to knock them a star for this because they were upfront and apologetic about this. To me this signaled honesty and integrity. The story is in a great location and very clean. I’m looking forward to returning.

The pretty lady that helped me was spot on with her customer service, very polite. The sandwich on the other hand has to be th÷ worst sandwich I've ever bought or had in my life...way over cooked and pretty much just cheese and Buffalo sauce no meat but a pinch oh and it was $19 for that and a cold coffe... I placed an order on Panera’s app for delivery.. it said the food would take just over an hour to come. 45 minutes later I missed a call from a Door Dash driver asking what kind of bagel we wanted because the one we ordered was no longer available.. when I didn’t answer or call back (I don’t answer obscure, out of state numbers) they canceled my order. I received an email from Panera… they said they refunded my order in this email. Feeling oh so hungry and with disappointed kiddos, I replaced the order for pick up.. My friend picked it up for us because he was already driving my by Panera and coming here to fix my sink tonight. They left out a drink, a turkey sandwich, and a large mac n cheese. And all of the food was cold. Literally cold soups, cold everything. I noticed along the way that my $76.25 was not refunded but instead, double charged. So I paid $152.50 for nothing.. I called Panera and they said DoorDash had to refund, I called DoorDash and they said Panera had to refund (keep in mind the charges are from Panera on my acct). So I called Panera corporate and they said they’d escalate the issue, but I’ve not received any type of refund. So when we found the missing meals, I called again.. and they were unbelievably rude. The manager asked for my card number to refund the 2 items, apparently the rest of our meal being cold and terrible didn’t matter to them. Or the fact that I had now spent upwards of $200 for some cold soup, sandwiches and a cookie.. You can’t make this stuff up. So I read my card #, then another person came on unannounced and said “ma’am, your card number”… I said “I just read it to you”, she said “no that was my manager and she had to go”. HUH? We will not be going to our local Panera again. This was my first time at the new Panera in Branson. I was trying to use their app to order food for 2, as I had just downloaded their app and would receive discounts as well as use a Panera gift card that I received for Christmas. I was having difficulty using the app. I approached the counter telling them I could not get the app to work properly. A not so friendly manager said "that seems to be the theme for the day." There was no extra effort to earn my business (like giving me the same deal I would get on the app) so I told them that I would just go elsewhere. We went to the New Chic-fil-a in Branson, which I had never been to yet. I was treated superbly there and the food was delicious. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

The line was nonexistent, and I'm sure everyone left because the wait time for a quick sandwich was 15 mins+. Staff inside was busy chatting the entire time we sat waiting.
