Haven't been to this location in a while. First time back and they served me a sandwich with an overripe avocado. Honestly, I'm not even sure if it was overripe or just went bad, since it was hard and tasted weird. Disappointed about the control quality at this location, and I hope they can fixed it asap. To say this dining experience was on par with the best moment of my life is a tad bit of an understatement. Every single aspect of this restaurant(I know it's technically fast food but to me it's a beautiful restaurant and an outstanding place to enjoy the little moments that life has to offer) was simply perfectly executed with a love that is akin to grandmother's house on christmas. The customer service was warm and extremely helpful. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This location has not gotten our order right in over a year. We keep going here less and less, but my wife unfortunately really likes the food. Each time we call and they say, "oh sorry, we'll give you a gift certificate," and my wife keeps checking the bag because we assume they are going to screw stuff up. But we just can't keep up with how much they keep screwing up. Also, to get a refund, you have to physically go into the store after going through the drive through. We're at a loss. This location is not worth visiting. It used to be a nice restaurant. Too bad. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

$19 for a chicken sandwich that was supposed to be hot, but wasn’t. Ordered a baguette as the side, got a bag of chips that was already opened. The lemonade was cloudy water at best. I heard good things about Panera before moving out to Illinois. However I wasn’t terribly amazed by the food. Honestly I thought the different bread on the sandwiches were the best part. It wasn’t bad. Just average. Could tell that everything was fresh grown though! Did seem expensive for what you get. Will probably be back, maybe more for bakery items than anything.

My wife ordered 20 bowls of soup for her employee appreciation week days ahead. She even called the day ahead to verify the order and timing. Her employees have set times for lunch. I showed up to pick up her order a few minutes early. By the time that I could get someone's attention, I was told that they had many orders and ours wasn't on the list. After looking again, the employee said that it just loaded. I finally got the order about 20 minutes after the scheduled time causing a couple of her employees to buy their own lunches due to the delay. I just had THE WORST experience I've ever had at Panera. I ordered a hot Madagascar vanilla latte via drive thru. I proceeded to the pickup window where I was greeted by Team Leader Johanna. She came to the window with a cold Madagascar and I told her I ordered hot. She was correcting it. Meanwhile I hear her rudely discussing it with a colleague and talking about me. I let her know when she came to the window that I heard everything she said. It was very RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I canceled my order. Needless to say I will no longer visit this location. Service: 1

Did not like paying an extra $1.50 for a single slim sliver of avacado on my sandwich. I don't even know how they managed to cut it as slim as 2mm thick, but they did and it really ticked me off. The sandwich delivered was smashed and a lot of the insides bursted out. The pickle that is supposed to come with the meal was also missing. This happened in 2020 so don't fire anyone over this now, just know that it was bad enough that I'm never coming back to see if it's changed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
