Came in at 6pm to order take out for my family along with 2 of my daughters, was greeted by Hilda. Saw a new shrimp option, that looked good but wanted to know what it tasted like prior to buying, Hilda said "we no longer do samples." I didn't realize she was dead serious. Odd.. I thought . So i Asked what if I buy and don't like it. She said then but something else very matter of factly... Quite rude to be honest. I asked to speak to her manager and she she was the manager... I sure hope not because they lost out business tonight as we choose to take out business elsewhere. Service: 1

Have always enjoyed this location however today was a big miss. Initially wanted honey walnut shrimp but they said all out. ( 8pm Sunday night and they close at 10) Few choices. The orange chicken was mainly breading and over cooked. The fried rice was undercooked rice and almost tooth breaking. The spring roll and chicken roll were weird tasting, and strange texture. The teriyaki chicken tasted like burnt sugar. Completely disappointed. Hopefully they can get back to good, but I will hit Pei Wei or a local place for a while. I actually drove thru McDonald's for a burger to take home. I was a bit worried the Food didn't look good but at that point I was committed to seeing if it was them ( Panda) or me. LoL. It was them. :( Burger was great and glad I had it for back up👍 👌 😋 Hopefully this was just a temporary miss. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Hit and Miss on quality, serving size and efficiency of service. Today I used the Panda App and there is a huge difference between going in and waiting in line and getting an order filled and the quality of the online or App order. When I returned to work with my food, My app order was small scraps of fried dough with orange sauce and not the Chicken I ordered. Parking was a nightmare and took 15 minutes to get in and out. Not enough parking spaces, 12 in the front and 10 in the back. I did not save any time by using the app at this location.

Friendly and fast service ,my favorites are the Angus beef and the kung Pao chicken. Clean and tidy place.

Ordered the super greens and all I could taste was sodium after I got past the new and old broccoli was mixed together. You could tell the old broccoli from the new broccoli and it's kind of gross when the old broccoli is dark green and brown and the new broccoli is a light green. I couldn't eat even one piece and ended up throwing away this portion. Sad to say this is the first bad experience of Southlake restaurants. I understand you can't help it but it's weird a panda Express with no drive through. Strange we had to walk inside and then the inside was dated and was almost in your face. Feeling open while not sacrificing decor/environment is usually pretty simple for Panda Express but here was just.... Off. However doesn't go into my ratings assessment. You're a business. Just fix your foods salt level. Remind your chefs to taste the dishes before they come out. You can't fix a dish if you don't know anything is wrong with it. I highly recommend you check your food before you leave, even if they tie the bag shut. OF COURSE I get all the way home and I didn't get my 3 orders of teriyaki chicken again. I have no idea why this restaurant is so disfunctional. They substituted my teriyaki with that disgusting orange chicken without saying anything. They also gave my wife the wrong entree as well. She wanted beef and broccoli and got orange chicken with green beans. Driving there 15 minutes and back 15 minutes only to have to spend another 30 minutes driving because the team here is very poorly coached/managed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

When done right Panda is a solid contender with any Chinese sit down restaurant. This location does it eight. Hot fresh food served by good staff. There is a difference between fast service and rushed service, this location does the first without crossing the line into the second. The selection is good and all the dishes are flavorful. This is a solid weekly choice or even more often by changing up selections.
