Ordered bigger plate, charged with bigger plate but missing 1 item. It’s frustrating to have a situation like this when you are hungry and expecting your that you orders and only to find out something is missing with the order. I don’t blame the dasher since they can’t open the food. Just lost my appetite after being frustrated. We were close to closing time. Apparently, my children and I weren't the only ones who were craving orange chicken and teriyaki. A rush came to these unexpected employees. They truly stepped up without complaining and served us as if it were any other time in the day. I would have given 5 stars on each category if they'd been a bit more friendly. It was closing time within 30 minutes. I totally understand. I have 20+ years of restaurant experience. The food was cooked fresh and hot. This panda Express locations is one of the best I have been to. Great fast service, delicious fresh warm food made in front of you. manager sir, reward your employees. Yeah this place....not a great experience. Instead of anticipating the need for Orange chicken (their specialty) they decided to wait until they ran out THEN rudely snapped at me it would be anger 5-7 minutes. So what I did order was not what I really wanted. Maybe the employees should try smiling more and ohhhh I don't know....be smarter. Surprised so many people come here if it sucks....This was a one off for me. I was in the area that night working. I definitely won't come back to this location. This is an excellent place to try new things because they never get your online order correct. The receipt on the side of the bag had the correct order...just not what they put inside the boxes. 1 for 6 on getting it correct. I guess I should have known better by now. Do not order from here on Uber eats! No silverware, no napkins, no soy sauce, no sweet-and-sour sauce even if you order the cream cheese Rangoon’s! I purchased to—go bigger plate at this location and when I opened the boxes I was surprised to see most of the items only had the veggies with not much meat - Black Pepper chicken had only Onions and Celery; Steak had mostly veggies and 1-2 steak bits; broccoli beef had only Broccoli - waited for 25 mins for food but disappointed with what was inside Will avoid going to this location in the future Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The overall experience is moderate. The staff is always welcoming, however the food is always poor quality. I’ve been to this location at least 15 times the past year as it is close to my work. However, maybe only 3 times I have received hot food that is not dry from sitting out for a while. The food is always warm, but doesn’t have that fresh flavor that other Panda stores have. I will update my review as needed. Not bad for a quick lunch.

I’ll say that Panda Express is a favorite of my daughter. Although the fare may not be my particular preference- I am writing a review to comment on the management and atmosphere. Sometimes this location can get busy, you may encounter a short wait. In moments such as these you see the staff communicating with one another and with the customer. I have witnessed Isabella (the manager) maintain a positive attitude even in the “weeds” so to speak. When customers enter this location they are given an audible welcome. Customer service remains a priority at this location. Well done to the management and team! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
