Clean and have all food options. Only recomendation is to enhanced the ordering processes. To much people doing the same duplicated process in order to finalized the ticket. Other than that, is good FOOD!!!

Finally had a Tripleta in PR and this one was excellent. The bread was very soft and the meats and ingredients very fresh.

This is a bigger panadería. They sell food from a deli line, fresh bread, sandwiches, bakery items and more. We ordered pastelón, rice and beans which was good. There were other items to choose from too. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Service is friendly and fast

Slow service and very petty. Ordered a regular Cafe con Leche and it was mainly coffee, I returned and requested that she remove some of it from the cup and fill it will more milk, she basically threw a squirt of milk in it, had to ask her yet again for more milk. My wife and brother asked for napkins and the employee replied they didn't have. When my brother found a sealed pack of napkins on the counter, he opened it to grab some and the employee scolded him for having grabbed a few napkins. He told her "I thought you said there weren't any?". She said they limit how many you get. The food was above average to good but if the service is this awful, I won't return

I’m only giving two stars because the food was good and the price was reasonable but I have never had such horrible service. Especially from the blonde lady at the register. There was an old man in front of me ordering soup and rice. He paid in cash and the last dollar he had in change. He gently placed the change in front of her and she pushed his back towards him. She said she wasn’t going to count. She made him count it in front of her. After he left she started talking bad about him with the other lady. I order my food and waited over 20 minutes. People who ordered after me where getting their food first. When I went to find out why it was taking so long a women came from the side to ask for a strong hot chocolate. The same lady’s with blood braids told her just stir the chocolate at the bottom. She than proceeds to roll her eyes. I went to ask why my food was taking so long and before I could even speak some guy came out and told me that unless I was ordering I had to sit down or wait outside. Obviously there was a reason I had gotten up from my seat and went to the register .Worst service I have ever had.
