My waitress/SP, I call Shelly, makes every visit a memorable one. She is the reason I frequent the place. My main dish with a side of pizza. On special occasions we'll order a brunette for make out, I mean takeout.

Cheese Steak
My husband and I went for our 9 year anniversary. We had our 1st date here. We try to go every year. Usually it's an enjoyable, delicious meal with good service. The service was horrible. Young waitresses hanging out around our table, talking, playing with their child, and restocking supplies next to us. The food was ok. But I didn't get everything I ordered. When Ibtold the waitress, she said because I substituted gf pasta for the soup (which cost me $2.50), I dont get my broccoli :-( She didn't tell me when I ordered. Told her Ivwanted it. Butcshe never brought it.
The music wasn't adult dinner music. Instead of a nice date night at the romantic Palermos, I felt like we were at the teenagers pizza hangout :-( So disappointed. Don't think we'll be going back.

Horrible!!!!! We ordered New York Strip Steaks. My wife ordered her steak well done and I ordered mine medium well. My wife's steak was burnt (charred) and mine was well done. Our waitress informed the owner and his response was "How did they order it?" The waitress and the table behind us encouraged us to say something to the owner. I did when I paid the bill and his response was "How did you order them (sound familiar)?" I explained that my wife ordered her steak well done and I ordered mine medium well done and received one burnt steak and the other well done (I guess he felt that we ordered two steaks set ablaze!). At this point he did throw part of the money on the bar to refund me. It was apparent that the money was more important to him than a satisfied customer. I didn't take the money! A responsible business owner would have came to our table to see how horrible the steaks were prepared, apologized, and then offered a refund. As I mentioned earlier, I guess our money was more important than a satisfied returned customer!

This restaurant has the utmost value for its customers. Always respectful and friendly. Food is delicious, and I always have a great time here. Everything I have ordered is 200% delicious.
