Honestly, I am from NYC so i had high expectations of Korean Chinese food. I was bit worried before I went in because of the review, but especially tangsuyuk was on point. It was one of the best tansuyuk i ever had in the states! Also, Jajangmyeon and Jjamppong was so good! I inhaled the food. Also the service was super good. The waiter was super friendly and was super nice to check upon on things we ran out or needed! I would say this is the best korean chinese food place in whole Denver!

One of my favorite places to eat at. My wife is Korean and misses food from her home a lot. Every time we go I can here her say 맛있다. In other words, this is delicious. I have tried almost everything and it's great food. Would absolutely recommend anyone to visit.

I've been a big fan of Paik's youtube so I'm happy we have a franchise of it here now!!! Their tangsuyuk was incredibly fluffy, crispy, and crunchy! It was light, airy and not oily.
Their jajang portions are slightly smaller than other establishments, but the flavor & bite to the noodles is perfect! Tasty! They were really quick and attentive too!

Paik's noodle 백종원 홍콩반점 is a Koreanized Chinese chain restaurant from S.Korea. Good service. Casual atmosphere. We tried jjam bbong, tang soo yuk, jjahjhangmyun, cream shrimp, chili shrimp, hongkong soy garlic wings, and veggie fried rice. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for such an affordable food. The best tangsuyuk (Koreanized Chinese sweet and sour pork) is very crunchy and also mochi-like chewy (highly recommend to request the sauce on side to deep if you like crispy/crunchy), and hongkong soy garlic wings. The chili/cream shrimp is pretty good, pretty great sized and amount of shrimps for the price. However, not the best jjahjhang and jjamppomg. I do not recommend the fried rice at all, it didn't seemed fried enough to our standard, seemed more like steamed and sauted lightly.

For Korean Chinese cuisine this is one of the only other places besides PY Cafe next to H Mart in Denver. The 짬뽕 and 탕수육 was amazing. The 탕수육 was fried to perfection and airy. The 짬뽕 was also great and next time I'll get it slightly more spicy. The prices are reasonable and the proportions are good lunch sized. However, the 짜장면 was overly sweet. Never had one that sweet before; felt like the salt was mistaken for sugar. Service was also great. I'll be back next time for more 짬뽕 and 탕수육 instead of the 짜장면.

This is the biggest franchise of Sino-Korean restaurant in South Korea and I was glad to have it in CO. Tangsuyuk is the best - chewy and fresh, Jaengban Jjajang is also good, but Jjamppong is a bit disappointing. Since there are a lot of people in dinner time, I needed to wait more than 20 mins for my dishes. Note that they charge $1 for togo box.
Update on 8/27/23 after about 2 months - I ordered Gochu Jjamppong, the spicier one than the regular Jjamppong, and noticed the broth is much better than before, very close to the authentic Jjamppong in South Korea. :)

Definitely recommend this place for those who want to try some authentic Korean'ized Chinese food. They do a very good job replicating the flavor from Korea.

Paik's Noodle, otherwise known as Hong Kong Banjum, has arrived and what a welcome it is. I've been to this franchise in other states, mainly in Los Angeles and when I heard a location was opening right here in Aurora, I was ecstatic and scared at the same time due to other famous franchises opening in Colorado and falling short of expectations. But, fear not! This location lives up to their name and reputation.
You'll enter into an open dining hall and a welcome, vibrant setting with beautiful decor and some frames of the history of the franchise. It's nice to look at and ponder over while briefly waiting for service. The restaurant is clean cut and modern (it is brand new after all), but it's well cleaned and seeing how the staff bussed the tables gave me assurance of their cleanliness. The staff are friendly and working out some kinks as all new restaurants do at first, but service was great and welcoming.
Let's move on to the cuisine. We ordered the Gochu Jjampong, Tangsuyuk, and Jaengban Jajang. If you're a lover of spice, the Gochu Jjampong is the way to go. The broth was very spicy, but so savory and was seasoned so well. The seafood inside wasn't over done and still held a great consistency and taste. The noodles are arguably the most important aspect of the dish and it was pulled and cooked perfectly. It didn't break apart, it wasn't too stringy, and absorbed just the right amount of broth to pack it with flavor. The Tangsuyuk was fried to perfection. Beautifully crispy on the inside and juicy and fluffy in the middle. Nothing to argue about how amazing each piece was. The sauce wasn't too tangy or overpoweringly sweet either. Paired great with each other. The Jaengban Jajang is a shareable dish and brought everything this restaurant stands for all together. The ever-so slightly charred flavor from the wok, the mastered noodles, and perfectly seasoned sauce with the stir fry of all the ingredients gave the final dish a unique and delicious flavor, texture, and consistency.
So where are we?
1 out of 1 star for ambience.
1 out of 1 star for cleanliness.
1 out of 1 star for customer service.
2 out of 2 stars for food.
With that, cheers everyone. Till next time!
First time there today and it was absolutely incredible! The service was amazing and the food was delicious and came out so quick! Will definitely be a regular although I live 2 hours away 😅
