Rae has been the best server we have had over the many years we have been eating here! She smiles and laughs, makes you feel very welcome. I would recommend asking for Rae! She is wonderful! I went here last week with my two friends. We had some lemonade and shared 2 lettuce wraps! It was SO good and I loved the interior of the place. The location is great too with it being around so many shopping places. Kim was a great waitress! She promptly greeted us, made sure our food and drinks came out in a timely manner and even made a few jokes. Our dinner was enjoyable and I’ll be sure to ask for her next time I visit. They don’t need my review but I love the atmosphere and service — their food is generous portions but I find they’re greasy, overly sweet and salty. I know I’m too focused on healthy foods but sometimes it’s not so over the top. I suppose that’s why we go out to eat to enjoy the food to the excess! It’s the ultimate Asian style American food. Rae is an amazing server! We have had the pleasure of her serving us in the past. Today she helped celebrate the first day of a well deserved retirement of my husband! Rae definitely has professional skills with a sweet servant’s heart that really cares about who she is taking care of! We will be asking for her specifically in the future if she’s available! Really disappointing. We were quoted 30-40 min wait with our two kids, ended up being almost an hour and after being there for 2 hours we still didn’t have our main entrees. Service was extremely poor except for the bartender- he was super nice and friendly. Our waiter seemed like it was his first day with no training or something, but nice. The lady who dropped off our dishes was just flat rude. Food was adequate, nothing exciting. We won’t be coming back for dine-in. The service at this place was great but the food was average at best. This was my first time here and I expected a lot more than what it actually was, my friends tell me the food at the Troy location is better. The food isn’t if the best quality and the taste isn’t as great as it seems. I tried a bit of everything and it was all okay. The salmon wasn’t great, it had a strong fishy taste to it, which throws me off when I eat salmon. Also the pepper steak tasted like beef jerky and it was very chewy. My husband and I have not been here in a year or so. Alex was our server tonight - he is honestly the nicest / friendliest server that we have had in many years! Incredibly attentive, friendly, was always near our table to ensure we were enjoying our meal. He is top notch! Thank you Alex! We think you are a star! Our meal and drinks were great as well! This PF Changs is so terribly disappointing. We have given them multiple chances so now unfortunately I have to let the public know. The food is bland, doused in inflammatory oils and skimpy and expensive. Chicken pad Thai from little hole in the wall places measure 5x better then this. The chicken is small and dry but then there are weird salty brown squares in it that might be pork. Honestly you can’t tell which is which.
