Absolutely thrilled with my Christmas Eve brunch experience at this fantastic place! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were not only friendly but went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional.
The menu offered an array of delectable choices, and the food surpassed all expectations. Each dish was a culinary delight, perfectly prepared and bursting with flavor. It's evident that the chefs take great pride in their craft.
The attention to detail extended beyond the cuisine. The ambiance was cozy, creating the perfect setting for a holiday meal. The staff's attentiveness added a personal touch, making us feel truly valued as guests.
Overall, this place has earned a top spot in my list of favorite brunch spots. If you're looking for amazing food, a welcoming atmosphere, and friendly staff, look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.
We had an amazing experience at the House of Pancakes in November 2022. The service was incredible, everyone went above & beyond to make sure our drinks were perfect, tleven added more ice to our iced coffee because it melted so quickly. The food was delicious and cooked very well. Great portion sizes & quality. The next time we are in Tobago we will definitely be going to the House of Pancakes!

I went on a Sunday which was extremely busy and packed, however space opened up at a reasonable time so the wait wasn't unbearable. I tried the pineapple and coconut pancakes with eggs and sausage however, the pancakes we're a bit burnt at the bottom, everything else was good and the portion size was great, left satisfied overall.
This place disappoint because of the lack of pricing. And that the coconut bake was dried out with little flavour.
The staff seem irritable and the service was not what I expected from Tobago.
The eggs and sausages tasted great . The kids enjoyed their pancakes.

The wait for a table was long, the food was really tasteless and definitely not worth the price tag of the $85. There were also a lot of flies and the chairs were really uncomfortable. Definitely will not be back! 0/10 will not recommend!

Owners are lovely, very pleasant and welcoming. Excellent customer service. The dining area is outdoors and that does mean that you may be interacting with some local birds. However, the area is breezy and in the shade so the sun doesn’t beat down on you. My friends and I ordered takeaway and the chocolate chip pancakes were amazing! Will be returning.

August 2022 Good food and friendly service. Best go early because they have a lot of customers.
February 2023 This time for my visit, they had a buffet style breakfast, which was spectacular. Food was excellent.

If it's an authentic local Tobago experience you're looking for, then this is it.
The atmosphere is very homely and familial, mixed and matched dining chairs and takes almost make you feel like you're an extended family member visiting this restaurant. There were chickens walking in near by and very "country come to town" vibe which works really well I think.
The food was delicious. They had unique flavours and the local bake and saltfish options as well as the western style pancakes and waffles to choose from. I visited on a Sunday morning where it was a "combo" option for a meal rather than the 'a la carte' menu. It was a surprise and it wasn't explained too well upon my arrival, but I rolled with the punches. The coconut and pineapple pancake was my favorite flavour.
The service was good. Enough said.
I would visit here again.
