Very poor experience had a farewell party, booked well in advance although they gave specific instructions on what is and isn't allowed ...service was slow 1 waiter serving 20 people,managm3nt hides in his office and couldn't care less about service salad took 1 hour to prepare and if you order chips you pay for sauce , you buy water ...the view and aesthetics are spectacular but I'll never set foot there against.sorry.. Ora has always been one of my favorite place but what happened yesterday really hurt my feelings and the love I had for ora.....firstly I will waiter made a mistake with our order , so we went to the management and kindly asked for them to void the extra 12 or beer which was ordered by mistake and the manager gave us attitude and had no intention of helping us..... .........as someone who works in the same industry I'm very disappointed at how the manager treated us.

It was ok. It's one of those resturantXClub kinda places. I'd probably go back but not on my own. Also u can't re-enter if you step out into the parking to put a jacket in your car? If you want a club vibe without going g to a club them this is the place. If you'd rather chill, maybe not do it Here.

Workers are absolutely rude, they made me feel as if it was my fault they only have two speed points,worse of all it wasn't just one it was two a guy and a girl. I'm honestly never going back I hate unprofessional people. Sad part is I really like that place

I didn't enjoy the chicken and bacon pasta which I opted for after they told me that they didn't have prawns for the seafood pasta I'd waited all week to try out. On top of that, while the menu said that we can have some wines served per glass, they said they only serve them per bottle. I was thoroughly disappointed.
