I've been to a lot of Olive Gardens. This was definitely a better one. Service was excellent. Bathrooms were clean. Food was decent and came out quickly. The manager even came out to check on us to see if everything was all right. If you need a good place to grab a bite, it seems a good bet. It was a little slow at the start of service to see the waitress, but it all turned out for the best. We were well taken care of, they accommodate the kiddo really well as far as communication with him and also getting his food out early (which we didn't even ask them to do) which is a huge plus most parents know. The food was really good when we received ours and the waitress continued to take care of us throughout service. Well done! The waitress was very prompt and helpful...always checking on us. Ordered tomato beers and they don't mix it so needless to say it made a huge mess when we mixed it at the table. The spinach dip was good but the pita was a little too crispy. The salad was really good and we ordered gnocchi chicken soup and it was also very good. But minestrone would have been better. Our server, Lorenzo was extremely polite, and had very good charisma. He was always on time with refills and asking us if we wanted to order anything else. Honestly, the best server I’ve ever had in my life. Special thank you to Olive Garden and Lorenzo for making this Valentine’s Day extra special! Kids meal probably the best bang for your buck amongst any chain. Lasagna was good but not as hot as it could have been. Chicken carbonara was plentiful and hot. Food came out fairly quickly .Server was very friendly but seemed to be a little overwhelmed at times. We found a day dot label in the food and we let the server know. The manager was very apologetic and gave the table a couple of desserts. The cheesecake and lasagna dessert were very good items.Server apologized several times, manager handled herself well. Restrooms were clean as was the entire restaurant. Would definitely recommend this location. We are here at 2:30 on Saturday. Should have known it was going to be a lousy dinner when the server couldn't get the drink order correct..... and it was just me. Salad also came out incorrectly and so did my Chicken tortellini.... I had to ask the server for the chicken, I had two or three small pieces on my plate. The server brought the chicken out in a separate bowl after I asked him for it. Was out on a date tonight and all the workers were very friendly and it was over all a great time. As always the bread sticks were 10/10 and the chocolate lasagna was delicious. Ava our waiter was especially friendly and quick to refill our drinks and sauce bowls. Would come back again! Usually Olive Garden is 5 stars. However the visit today was not good and it gets one star. We were seated in the section that was hot/no AC. There was a distinct difference between the air in the front vs the air in the back. Our server was good except I expected her to be more proactive after my complaint. My meal was basically a pool of butter with some eggplant, sauce and noodles added. It was disgusting. I moved the eggplant to a different plate to save it from drowning. When I told my server she laughed like it was customary to have a pool of butter with every dish. I was hoping she would ask if I wanted a manager or if there was something she could do to fix it. She didn't. I ate the noodles and brought the eggplant home hoping it will dry out from the butterfest. If the noodles really contain that much butter bring them on a separate plate. Gross. I am hoping management sees this review and reaches out. Either way my suggestion is to ask for a manager at the time.
