Our server was Malcolm, he was attentive and his service was amazing. He checked up on us for the perfect amount of times, asked if we needed anything and was respectful. Went for carry out. I was blown away by how polite the girl who helped us was. I think she had orange hair. She double checked my modified meal without me asking her to and assured me when handing me my order that she had personally checked to make sure it was correct. Very bubbly and a great attitude. Definitely a good choice for the face of the restaurant. Food was done right on time and tasted great! We arrived about 8ish on Valentines night and the queue for table seating was pretty bad.. we took a chance and decided to sit at the bar! We really enjoyed our dinner there. Food arrived quickly, service was great and the atmosphere was nice. We may decide to eat at the bar more often! They've stepped it up food wise over the years. Service and friendliness was good. The music was a little off I would enjoy Sinatra and Bennet more than something Mexican/Italian. Waiter didn't do his job at all. Ordered an alcoholic beverage and if it weren't for my husband most the way through finish eating, asking about my drink the waiter looked confused and then said oh it'll be out shortly. They got us seated quickly. How the layout is is great as they make each dining area small, so you're not in a giant room with tons of other tables. The waitress was friendly, nice, funny, and on point. The experience was great! I highly recommend this olive garden. Service was absolutely terrible. Asked waiter for silverware three times. When he finally brought it he said he had told the hostess. I never asked her. I asked him. Long time between ordering anything and actually getting it. Waiters were very dismissive. This is the third and last time I go to Olive Garden. We had two servers, Aleksandra was very rude and gave us very rude face when we wanted to ordered something, I would suggest to replace this waiter I don’t think she deserves to work here, it’s such a good restaurant we always come here.
