10,000 / 10! This place is hands down the best Birrieria truck in the entire PNW! My family loves Birrieria and has tried several trucks from here to Seattle. OG Birrieria tops the charts! They are always so friendly, accommodating, their prices are competitive, their portions are huge, and they do not skimp out on meat! Everything is always full of flavor, perfectly cooked and their taco pack of 4 comes with consume for dipping, and sipping. I usually call ahead since there is always a line. Last weekend my family had a craving. I called at 8:35, they happily fulfilled my order even though they closed at 9. (Which I did not realize) I pulled up at 8:51, and despite their best efforts to close, they were still taking orders for those standing in line. I just love them, and I cannot say that enough. If you’re ever in Hillsboro, you must stop by and support this local business. It will not disappoint! on my second day strike of OG Birrieria 😍 literally cannot get enough of the quesabirria tacos! it's like they get better and better with each visit and daisy masters my expectations every time!! i had originally came back to get an agua de piña but they had sold out for the day which i'm not surprised! this drink is sooo bomb!! (view photos attached 🤩) the cashier theresa was so kind and patient with me while i decided what i wanted since they had ran out of the pineapple water and instead of rushing me or making me feel uncomfortable she began questioning my likes and dislikes. quickly she came up with just the perfect drink for me and im so thankful for her genuine kindness & caring personality . instead of letting me leave disappointed theresa provided outstanding service & we both walked away happy! the drink is horchata mixed with strawberry water! i think it would taste even yummier had the drink had fresh cut up strawberries! if you guys aren't sure what drink to try ask for this one with extra ice! i promise it won't disappoint. thank you OG Birrieria for the continuous EXCELLENT service you guys provide. you have a life long customer with me! blessings 💕✨ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great tasting food great location for us in Hillsboro but service, well there is no service, you order from the truck and eat. There are tables to eat from but you are in a parking lot and that ok. It’s across the lot from Grocery Outlet The most important thing is the food is really good. The meat is juicy and flavorful, but wish they would soak the tortillas in the birria juice before grilling to get that rich taste. However, I am not sure about the consommé, it almost tastes like a mix and not nearly as flavorful as other places.

The burrito Gods sing! This place never skimps on the meat and cheese! You definitely will get your money’s worth. They also have some really fun menu items including a birria pizza, and ramen. This time I got the burrito and michelada. I haven’t had anything there I didn’t like. They also have a very clean and modern covered seating area so you can eat there, if you choose. A great find! We were visiting from the Bay Area in July 2022 and just suddenly craved for some good birrias. We were reluctant to try birrias in OR but settled on this place from the reviews. This place did not disappoint. The birrias, vampiro, and quesadilla, were of generous size along with the meat portions. Meat was tender, juicy, and tasty, not dry and without much fatty pieces or chewy tendon like some other places. The consome was flavorful and went well with the birrias. The churros were good. Their outside sitting area was clean too, a welcomed plus. Update: 07/03/23 Came back to ensure it wasn't a fluke last time. Consomme continues to be flavorful. Compared to the locations in CA, this rates among the top....especially for OR. 5* overall! Will definitely return. Best consumé around has so much flavor and the quesa birria tacos are so juicy. I go several times a month and if I am feeding more than 4. The birria pizza feeds a lot! Love the pickled red onions. Also the salsas have tons of flavor. I cannot say enough good things about this food truck. Easy parking. Amazing customer interactions! What a great find. We got the birria burrito, and was not disappointed. Lots of tender flavorful pork. Just a Lil rice. And something I've never had before was cheese on it. Believe it's a mozzarella, but surprisingly good on the burrito. Had half for lunch and half for dinner. It was a big burrito. Tortilla had a nice exterior crunch. I'll be back for sure. Oh, the watermelon water was very refreshing and went well with the meal. The green sauce had a creamy avocado taste. The red of course was the heat bringer. This place is bar none the best!!! The tacos as fantastic and full of flavor. I ordered the taco plate which came with four tacos, onions, lime, sauces. My fiancé ordered the quesabirria which both that and the tacos had a nice crispy tortilla, melted cheese, and beef. The customer service is kind and funny, and makes you feel super welcome even if you have a lot of questions. He took care of us and has a lot to be proud of.
