Stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner and got the mushroom Swiss burger and a chef salad. Both big portions and very tasty. Onion rings are great and fry sauce is tasty. Waffle fries were perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Mozzarella sticks with big and had a nice batter on them. Service was friendly and fast and the whole place is clean and nice inside. Definitely coming back again! Don’t let the parking lot fool you, it’s definitely worth stopping in.

This local hidden Gem is top notch. Always have specials and happy hour is great! Won't leave feeling like you've been robbed. The food is also to die for. If you haven't tried it please do this is a treasure. The atmosphere is quite low key but friendly.

We went for the first time, for lunch. It wasn't very busy when we were there. My husband ordered the 8 piece wings, and I ordered the French dip with onion rings. My husband did the wings were a 10 on his scale. He loved them. My French dip was delicious, but the top of the roll was a little cold in the middle area. It does take a while to get your food. I felt bad for the guys at the table next to us. They were sitting at the table waiting for their food before we ordered, and their food came right before ours. They had to ask for a to go box because they didn't have time to sit and eat it. If we are short on time, we probably won't go here, but if we are in no rush, then we will be back. I want to try their burgers. They looked amazing. The staff is so very nice. We have gone back several times, and the food is always delicious. We love the new cards they have that if you go 5 times, you get $5.00 off your next visit. Anything you order will be fantastic.

Very low key place. The atmosphere was very easy going. Food was pretty good. Burger seasoning added some good flavor. Fries seasoning was a little bit heavy but still tasty. Honestly the food is definitely worth the price and I would go back again.

The food was amazing. I got a bacon cheeseburger and waffle fries, and both were incredible. The fries had an amazing seasoning on them. The burger was incredible, as well. We also got mozzarella sticks, which tasted amazing.
The employees were patient with us, even though it took a while for us to order.
The table was a little dirty and the napkins ran out, but those were smaller things.

Delicious food. We got the bacon double burger, the turkey club, and the loaded fries. Their sauce is amazing and the burgers cooked well. The company around the restaurant was pleasant and they even have a nice pool table.

I went here twice in once week. I ate here for lunch to try the place and I was impressed. I got the deluxe chicken sandwich with waffle fries. It was reasonably priced and I thought it was good. I have to admit, I wasn’t expecting the chicken to be a chicken patty, similar to what you’d get at a grocery store. I was thinking more of a hand battered type of chicken tender. But it was still good! I then came back with my wife. We ordered the bacon cheeseburger with the onion rings. They don’t charge extra for the onion rings, which I thought was cool. The burger was my wife’s favorite part of the meal. It’s not mentioned on the menu, but it’s actually a DOUBLE bacon cheeseburger. The burger and chicken sandwich has nice large buns. The onions were very good. We also ordered the loaded waffle fries. Loaded means bacon chunks and shredded cheese. These weren’t our favorite because they were quite fry, maybe from being cooked and then baked to melt the cheese? Maybe nacho cheese would help here. We also got the mozzarella sticks, which I enjoyed. Excellent cheese pull. I recommend dipping them in the ranch. Lastly, we got a dozen chicken wings. We had the option to split the dozen wings to have two different types of sauce. We had mango habanero and Buffalo. I was pleasantly surprised. These wings were my favorite of everything I tried. They were crispy, but not too crispy you couldn’t tell the bone from meat. The inside was moist and the chicken and sauce was great. $11 for 12 traditional wings, that’s a great deal anywhere. I also want to mention that on Google, it shows this place as a coffee shop, not a restaurant. So I hope that gets updated, so people can find this place easier. The inside is nice enough and they have a pool table and TVs. We will be definitely coming back. I recommend Off The Rails Cafe.

The owners are very nice and easy to talk with. Our food was great! I forgot to take pictures before we started eating 🤷♀️😋 We didn't wait very long at all and the food was very hot when it got to the table. Some of these comments dis the buns... the buns are good on the burgers and the hoagie for the Philly is too. They do serve bottled/canned alcohol beverages. So we kept our tab open when we originally ordered (this included food) and she kept checking up with our table bringing us drinks and anything else we needed. I'll definitely come back and eat here again. Thank you for the good food and great service!

Deluxe Chicken Sandwich
Went here with my son. Our hamburgers were way over salted (some kind of seasoned salt, I think?); it was difficult to taste anything else and I really like salt! I got waffle fries and my son got regular. His fries were seasoned just right, my waffle fries had the same over-seasoning as the burgers - way too salty and again, I salt everything and really like salt. I'll give them another try with friends and update my review if it's better. Hopefully it was just an off night. The atmosphere seems fun if there are people there. We were there on a very quiet evening and it was so cold! I kept my parka on. The two television sets kept going to some kind of error page, interrupting the hockey game that was on. Anyway, hope they improve because it seems like it would be a great date place.

Absolute banger food, Cajun wings were hot crispy and moist on the inside, lots of flavor. Chicken strips looked like nothing special but was very crispy and moist as well. Burger was cooked to perfection and the bun was beautiful. Waffle fries were great as well as the mozzarella sticks, great food and BEER!
