Usually I check the reviews before enter to a place, this time I didn’t and when I saw that average score was 3.3 I was surprised, it deserves much more, food is good, the staff, Joao in particular amazing, prices are higher as is tourist area, but venues like this obviously pay higher rent, I will definitely come back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time trying proper Portuguese food. We ordered Francesinha, Calamares, Bolinhos Bacalhau and Chouriço Assado. The staff were helpful and very welcoming. Price is also reasonable but some can be overpriced however its expected near the centre.

Stumbled upon this gem by accident! Great selection of beers and cocktails. We were happy with our food order (this is a bar afterall - why order pasta?) Well priced, might be touristy, but what do you expect on the Ribeira? Service started great, but our waiter seemed to forget us after he delivered the food...

Came here on New Year Day 2018 and had the flaming sausage. Lovely small inside bar .. if you can get in. Otherwise pavement seating. Ic and Flic wanted a bottle of Super Bock Stout for a change ... today in June 2023. Lovely. Large Sagres 4€. Pizza 10 - 12€. Franceshina 10€. ( Table on a slant ... beer tried to run away!) Price per person €1–5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Red Wine Glass

Location great, food tasted great and prices are great too. With the amount of people, the service was fast and friendly - and the small deficiencies that the table is wobbly and the table was only disinfected after our purchase - no one who has ever waited tables can and should not complain about this. Price & performance & service fit, it tasted good and the location is 1A. That's all I have to say.

I happened on this place while strolling on the river walk. They have enough purely vegetarian options for a decent meal. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is good. It's less pricey than everything in this area and enough vegetarian options. I would come back here again.

I order a pizza for 10 euros , there was not tasty at all! I women on my side , complain about a cold potatoes chips.. Try to pay with credit card, but they not accept , I pay in cash Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Love this place, so much attention to detail in every cocktail or ingeniously made in bar meal and the staff are so friendly, welcoming and attentive. Nearly walked on past on our first day in Porto but we're so glad we didn't as this place really made our holiday being a great place to relax after a busy day exploring the city. Manager did go a bit Gordan Ramsey on the staff one night as they strive for perfection which wasn't needed as they work so hard and rearly care about the place and its customers but it kind of added to the charm and experience oddly enough. Absolutely loved this bar a jewel of Porto for certain! (Wish my photos did it justice)

The food is good and the waiters were attentive—the food was also ready in a timely manner. The location is quite convenient close to the river. As others mention, they don’t expect you to pay with cash and some parts of where the tables are can be downhill, but it didn’t bother me too much. It will be expensive in comparison to other places because of it being in a tourist location.

The service knew no English while we're in a place full of Tourist's. The food was not analysed and when we asked about it they told us half of the menu is off while after 5 mins they started serving. They could say at least if you can wait a while for the maintenance. There was only one good waiter who knew English but besides that 1 star is way enough Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
