Hands down one of the best burgers I've had. Great customer service and super friendly! They pay attention to quality and it's worth every penny. Really appreciate when people put the effort in to create something amazing and deliver consistently. Every time I head over to beehive with the intention to try something else, I end up at NW Smash and never regret it. Great work and keep it up! Ordered at 1150 with one order in front of us. Food was put in a bag at the window at 1220 and sat for another 5 min before she finally opened the window to hand it to us. Food was cold. It’s almost like they cook it all one at a time. Multiple burgers can be made all at once. Poor time management in general. Not sure we will be back as it has steadily gone downhill since the owners have stopped making the food. Can definitely spend $50 elsewhere and be better off Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Usually when the owners are there the quality and service are great, but when it's just the young guy, he usually says he has a lot of orders to take anymore or gets the order wrong. Ordered a triple smash burger, only to get home and see it was a double. I could see I was the only order he was working on and it was a pick order, and I still had to wait 10 minutes for my order to be wrong. Got the double smash. It’s a good size burger with fries. Burger was a great smash burger and fries were good too. Prices were pretty good compared to the other food trucks here. Food came out quick and they offered sauce for the fries. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Nice food truck, very clean, and the food was good. I loved the Peanut Thai Sauce and I'm picky. Double smash burger and fries filled me up. They have their hours listed until 8pm. Just walked up a few minutes after 7pm and was told they were closed for the night even though there were still two workers. Why list your hours until 8 if you're going to start turning away paying customers at 7? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
