Recently visited this restaurant and while the food was good, our experience was overshadowed by the service. Our waiter was intrusively attentive, crossing the line from helpful to bothersome. He rushed us to order the moment we sat down, cleared our plates before we finished eating, and overly insisted on additional drinks and menu items. Even when paying, his presence felt more like monitoring than assisting. While I appreciate the enthusiasm to serve, there's a fine balance between attentive and intrusive that was missed here, detracting from the overall dining experience. Nueva Luna is a tropical styled restaurant bar located in the face of Barrio Antiguo. During the day it is best served as a restaurant with great food options on the higher end of price ticket. During the night, it opens as a dancing bar club with live tropical music played by band and DJ. Not many singles here as it looks mostly couples visit - recommended! My visit was exciting because it came after a number of home delivery orders I had made from here. Our waiter was amazing and made good recommendations for food and drinks. My favorites were the quesadillas and the blue curacao margarita. The ambiance was fun and lively.

I came here for dinner and had an amazing experience! We had Alex as our server whom from the start was funny and very welcoming. We ordered “The Parillada” and some Margaritas we topped it off with some fried Oreos with ice cream on top. I will definitely come back the next time I visit Monterrey. Thank you!

Loved meat here. We ordered a combo for two persons which included Arrachera and chicken and both were very delicious. Actually, chicken was cooked so good that I could say it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Margaritas were awesome too. The first time was great. Second time was horrible service so errrogant, they asked for the coverage ans i pull a bill then they said not here after i paid the want me to sit whatever they want, we left to another place Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Food was good. We were in the bar. I didn't enjoy the music. Impossible to have a conversation due to how loud the music was. The music played after the band stopped was preservative and extremely loud preventing conversation with my wife who was sitting next to me. Great food and the best service. We really enjoyed the whole experience. Alex, our server, kept the drinks coming and his food suggestions were perfect. Probably the best server we have had in Mexico. A must experience restaurant in Monterrey. And they had a live band.
