Phenomenal establishment. Ophelia and Celia were excellent and did great with their customer service. I had never visited a Nothing Bundt Cakes before and quickly became familiar with it thanks to these two. They were very patient, informative, and quick to assist with any of the concerns I had at the time. This also helped me ease into a decision, which I ended up being really satisfied with. I will be sure to visit again and can’t wait to try the variety that Nothing Bundt Cake offers. P.S. Please give Ophelia and Celia a raise, as they were awesome. Thank you!! Taya helped me and she was very friendly. I went in there with an idea of what I wanted and she was a great help. The place was very clean and the display of cakes was nice. The display case glass was also very clean. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I messed up x2 and they were gracious, patient and helpful both times. First time, placing an order for pick up, losing track of time and they called multiple times. I didn't hear my phone ringing but saw the missed call and they worked with me to still pick up my order when they certainly didn't have to. Second time, needing to get some things for work and realized it was 5:30, they close at 6. Race over the best you can on Scottsville road, make it like a jerk just a couple minutes before they closed. Not only did they fulfill my also large order right at closing but with kindness and a freebie tossed in. The quality of the cakes is always on point as well but I was already familiar with the quality of Nothing Bundt from another location. This one not only have the quality but next level customer service.
