Came to pick up a few orders with my children. Now….I know because they are young, curious, wanna touch everything age.
When you want to get the children’s attention because you think every child walking in there is going to ruin everything. There are plenty of different ways to do so.
Especially when the mom is standing waiting for her orders to come out.
First off you don’t ask such personal questions as; when is your birthday, or what school you go too. Literally your an under educated girl who doesn’t know how to approach children without alarming the parent present.
Second, the fact that you thought/assumed that my children would ruin the store (literal words used by this under educated girl) says a lot about you.
Third, how you like to talk about the customer to your manager right in front of the customer also says a lot about you. How old are you to act like that?! Are we back in elementary school?!
Both the manager and that girl should take some training classes on customer services or how to better your selfs. No mater the age,gender, race. Respect others if you think you deserve respect back.
I NEVER recommend this location for anyone to give there hard working earnings. Because they have trashy people working here, you will be treated like trash too.

Dropped by today, after hearing a lot of positive things about this place.
Nestled in a cozy little shop few feet from Whole Foods in Vienna, you couldn’t ask for a more warm setting for a cake shop/bakery.
I picked up a bundt cake and it was absolutely delicious. The cake was moist and the icing was tops - pun intended.
The staff was very, very friendly and helpful, explaining and answering all of my questions.
One of the things I really liked about this place is all of the accessories and goods displayed for sale. Just take a look. I could spend hours just looking through their offerings.
Definitely worth a look, and I’ll surely head back again.
July 2020, these cakes are delicious! We ordered cakes with frosting and no frosting. I asked to put the cakes with frosting in one bag and cakes with no frosting in another bag. They did that and labeled it. The cakes with frosting were ready to go and are displayed in their display case at the front counter near the cashier. The cakes with no frosting took a few minutes to prepare by the personnel in the back of the store. When time to pay, they have a credit card machine that allowed me to swipe my credit card and a TouchPad which allowed me to select my tip and or options for the receipt (email or text message). The personnel are very nice and easy to talk to. I had a nice conversation with the lady that helped me and the young man that originally took my order; she loves to sing, she misses singing in and with her choir. The young man that took my order put gloves on when putting my cakes in the bag. My wife asked me to ask for forks, so I asked them for forks and they showed and offered me their plates and forks package which cost $4.50. Prior to arrival, I passed their parking lot, passed their store and entered the parking lot on the other side of the building for other businesses in the area, drove around the block and parked in designated parking on the left side of the building, if you are exiting or walking out of their store. Their designated parking is posted on the wall of the building where their store is located. Keep reading below.
November 2020, we came back for more, my wife placed order while I was driving at least 1 hour prior to arrival, selected 3:15pm as the pickup time, we arrived at least 20 minutes prior to that time, called after we parked in the parking lot and a nice lady with a familiar voice (she was wearing a mask) brought the box of cakes out to our vehicle and placed it in the passenger window of our vehicle. The cakes are still amazing and the remaining are currently stored in our refrigerator. Added some pictures with descriptions.
December 2020 ordered cupcakes for our daughter's 3-year-old birthday party, parked in their parking lot, gentleman placed our order on front passenger seat in my vehicle, stored them in refrigerator and freezer and everyone enjoyed them.
Love the Bundt cakes. Love their customer service even more. Spoke to April. I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong date and she refunded me with no problem.

SUPER CLEAN, ORGANIZED, AND FRIENDLY!! My order was ready at the promised time. Excellent presentation. Easy to find, dedicated parking, no wait. Highly recommend. A+++++++
My wife and I got Nothing Bundt Cakes to cater our wedding with a boatload of Bundtinis (Bundt cupcakes) instead of going with a traditional wedding cake, and we couldn’t have been happier with the result. The bundts themselves were absolutely delicious, and were completely gone well before the reception was over (I have it on good authority that most of the people leaving had a couple for the road). We decided to get an assortment of flavors based on a tasting with our families (chocolate, marble, lemon, pecan, raspberry, and red velvet) and all of them stayed moist and delicious the whole time they were out (at least 4 hours before being eaten). If you’re having an event, I couldn’t recommend them enough, but even if you’re just getting a cake or two to go, they are more than worth it.
We ordered a cake for our friend’s birthday. We ordered for pickup at 6 and showed up late. The owner heard our voicemail and even ran outside to drop it off even though they were closed and she was so sweet even though we were late! Amazing service. As far as the cake goes, it was absolutely adorable and delicious. 100% recommend and will definitely be returning!!!
Absolute the best customer service and the cakes are tasty!! I have live in this area but hadn't seen this place until this weekend! There were so many cake flavors to choose from and the prices are reasonable! I got so excited that I bought five little cakes for my coworkers!! They loved them so I know I will be back!! Thanks again Ladies!!
